We own two Genie Bidet products. We were really happy with the fist one so we bought a second one. Recently we had a minor issue with the first one after owning it for several years. I contacted Genie Bidet customer service -- they responded right away and were super helpful! They got the issue resolved within a very short time. These days it's so risky when you buy something because, 1) you don't know if the product is actually good quality, and 2) if something does go wrong, will the manufacturer do anything about it. I can personally say that the answer to both questions is YES when it comes to Genie Bidet. Their products are excellent and so is their customer support.

Easy to install, fits and looks nice. Works as promised. Love the slow close on both lids.

At first, I thought that a Bidet wasn't for me. I already knew that it would be an ecofriendly choice but I simply thought that I would not like it. Then a friend bought one and convinced me to try it. It didn't take more to make me buy one. I read a lot on Internet and found that the GenieBidet would be the best choice for me. I don't regret it at all. Simple to install and it gets the job done. Nice product!

The choice of a bidet for Americans is new, but from experience I can almost say it is life-changing. This unit was so easy to install with minimal effort and tools, and it's use is amazingly simple. I can also say the customer service here is top-rate, I had an issue with my unit and Nicole was very responsive to my situation and helped me incredibly quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this unit nd this company.

This bidet is truly life changing! I have Ulcerative Colitis, and it sometimes feels like the bathroom is my second home. This product is great and enables you to be as clean as possible (without a shower) after using it. I have purchased 2 of these over 5 years. The price on the recent purchase was actually cheaper than the prior purchase. This product is easy to clean, effective, and promotes a healthier bathroom routine. Installation is best left to a handyman unless you have prior experience with plumbing (my POV). I don't understand why more Americans don't have a bidet, or a bidet seat!

After purchasing the Genie Bidet and experiencing its excellence, we purchased two more for our other bathrooms. We do not have the electrical capacity for higher-end bidets; so, we chose this one. Works well. Nice attachment assembly design. Easily cleaned. Not the most comfortable seat though. Got used to it after a bit, but really steep angle inwards on seat.
