The heated seat is something I didn't know i needed until i tried this. I now go to the bathroom that has the bidet almost every time because it's so refreshing. The wand will retract and move but like many bidets, it does not remember where it was the last time you used it so you have to adjust every time. The warm water worked every time i tried it. So far so good after 6 weeks of use! 

Installation was easy, and everything needed except the wrench was included. It has a little button on the side that you can press to slide it off for easy cleaning too. The remote is more convenient than a side button panel, too. The beep when you sit is a little annoying, but not a deal breaker for us. The heated seat+heated water is A++. My husband says the heated air is a little too hot, though

Install was very easy and works great. This is my first "fancy" toilet seat and thus far I am enjoying it. It didn't take long to install the seat and start using it. The remote makes controlling all the various features very easy. Overall very happy with the seat and I will spare you from any pictures of it in action. 

I got this a couple weeks ago and installed it at my parents house. The only thing I have a complaint about is needing the outlet close to the toilet. Outside of that it works amazing. I've never used a bidet in the past and now that my parents have one I am thinking of getting one myself. Definitely recommend it. 

This Moen Bidet seat is great. Easy to understand instructions for easy installation. I appreciate the water pressure and temperature control. This is a great addition to a bathroom for someone who might have dexterity issues and cleaning properly is an issue. The soft close seat lid is also a great addition.
