This is the second one of these I've purchased. I wanted one in both of our bathrooms. They work well and are not too hard to install. I did have to buy some extra tall feet to attach to the bottom of the toilet seat so the bidet arm can move freely but having done that after the first one I knew to expect that this time and planned ahead. My only complaint is the T fitting needs a better washer. When you screw it onto the bottom of the tank you need a snug fit and the flat washer that comes with it is not enough!

The Only Bidet for One Piece Toilet
one startwo starsthree starsfour starsfive stars
We have Jacuzzi one-piece toilets that are impossible for almost all (but one) add-on bidet to work with. Go Bidet works great - was reasonably easy to install, works exactly like it is supposed to. Don't have a hot water connection behind my toilet (who does?), so no warm water function. Overall though, I give it five stars because it does exactly what it is designed to do. Excellent quality, all brass, chrome plated. A little more expensive than I expected, but you get what you apy for.

First time user, and picked a fantastic unit!

I've been considering buying a bidet add-on for years, like 5 or so...I finally decided to pull the trigger and try one and it didn't take much research to hone in on what seemed like the best option. The all metal design was a huge draw, plastic wouldn't hold up to my hard water very well. Eventually the mineral deposits would split the sonic welded plastic pieces and I would have a flood in the bathroom. Anyway, this thing is solid plated steel. Sure, there are plastic bushings and rubber wash...I've been considering buying a bidet add-on for years, like 5 or so...I finally decided to pull the trigger and try one and it didn't take much research to hone in on what seemed like the best option. The all metal design was a huge draw, plastic wouldn't hold up to my hard water very well. Eventually the mineral deposits would split the sonic welded plastic pieces and I would have a flood in the bathroom. Anyway, this thing is solid plated steel. Sure, there are plastic bushings and rubber washers, but those are all serviceable items. Every single piece is available from the manufacturer and elsewhere, in case something wears out. This means, I should be able to keep it going for years to come. I read all the reviews, saw the rust on the spout and am not concerned. A little precaution, oiling, drying, and whatever. If it rusts out, I can replace the spout, no biggie.
In terms of installation. Be prepared to make a trip to the hardware store! I needed a compression washer for the tank connection. The unit came with a really junky rubber washer with screen. I needed a conical washer like used in the hose connections. Easy peasy. I also needed a different width nylon washer to level the back of the seat. Again not a big deal. Now, if you are not comfortable contorting yourself and working in tight spaces, and or are not comfortable working on plumbing, this should take an expert less than an hour. If I had all the extra pieces on hand, I would have completed the job in about 30 minutes.
Ok, onto the use. First, carefully learn how to use the control. Yes, I sprayed my ceiling several times while learning this :). Otherwise, you will quickly figure out positioning, waster pressure, etc. I don't think the cold water only connection will be a hinderance in the winter. It just takes a few moments to clean up. In terms of cleaning up, I've never felt cleaner and am wasting less paper. I should not have waited so long!
For the manufacturer, you should offer both a short and long bracket versus the two position they supply. It would make for a cleaner installation. I might cut mine down actually. Additionally, I would love to see a nickel plated option to match the other fixtures in my bathroom. Also, see my recommendations above regarding spacers and proper washers. Otherwise, this thing is great!

Good experience

I have waited to get enough 'chair time' to give a fair review.
I got this on 2-28-23, and put it in use the same day.
Installation
Its a snap if you can run a wrench or pair of pliers. it mounts under the toilet lid, using the fastners of the toilet seat. Spacer washer for the other side is provided to keep the lid level. Hose and fitting provided to tee the bidet line into the feed line for the toilet.

Hint. I made the connection to the bidet, before I mounted it. Then made the connection to the tee, before I installed the tee. Then mount the bidet under the seat. Then made the connection under the tank, because it is easy to hand start it and hand tighten the nut and just firm up with a plier. then just firmed up. It took me an hour, but I had a plan before I started and gathered everthing I would need.
Use
Takes some practice, trial and error, to figure out the 'aiming', but forty days later, less then 2 minutes gives a clean result. We have a bag of old wash clothes for rags, I got a handful of those and use to dry and wipe, toss in the hamper, wash and reuse.
Optional
This bidet has a hot water hookup. You can tap into your vanity hot water and run the line to the bidet. I opted to tap into the line in the basement and come up through floor right next to the cold water line. With plastic line and Sharkbites, this is doable of a DIY handyman, but you may need a plumber. I do like the addition of hot water to the experience, but lots of people are fine with just the cold water. If your in warmer climes, or you lines are running up interior walls, hot water may not be needed.
Five Stars all around.

Well made, but poorly designed.

Pros:
This is very well built: solid metal and HEAVY! I have NO doubts it would last 10+ years.
Looks like it would stay cleaner than most other styles of bidet, and keep the bowl cleaner as well. (my last bidet shrouded part of the bowl in such a way that it couldn't be cleaned behind and it got GROSS unless you removed it frequently to clean around it. This bidet doesn't look to block any parts of the rim in the same way.)

Option to upgrade to warm water later without buying a whole new unit. (though you should note it will take longer than your sink to get warm! don't expect instant warmth. And cold water is fine. Very refreshing and not at all shocking like I would expect when I started using a bidet!)
Cons:
Can't be tightened down to keep a good position--the whole unit swivels around and wants to move if you aren't holding it in place. Every attachment on this thing is only a single swivel point. Some can be tightened down to not move much, but with no locking hardware, that's only temporary.
Gasket it comes with is TRASH: no accessory like this should require teflon tape to install without a leak. I've installed dozens of toilet hoses over the years, and not once have I needed it. (on top of that, the teflon tape they include sucks--it's folded over on the roll and impossible to tear without stringing. So budget for a better gasket.)
Threaded hollow rod that attaches it to the toilet is too short. I barely managed to get this thing attached, and I couldn't get either end fully threaded.
Can't be aimed while your weight is on the seat as the spray arm gets pinched below the seat.
The valve lever hits the toilet bowl and seat, so you can't turn it on when the unit is aimed. Conversely, you can't aim the unit correctly while it is on! The side of your butt gets wet, and water shoots out between the bowl and seat. (I have a very standard-looking two-piece elongated toilet. Old enough it doesn't have a brand printed on it. Normal Bemis soft-close seat.)
Swing arm doesn't like to stay under the rim of the bowl when it should be out of the way. It's a good thing it can't move much while you're sitting on the seat, because otherwise it would wander straight into the line of fire!
Spray is WAY too wide, and FAR too weak to be useful. My last bidet was a tightly-focused BEAM of water, and at 50% was strong enough to drill out the top of your skull. That was at least usable--just use it at 20%. This thing has a spray pattern like a lawn sprinkler, and the water pressure, even at 100%... well, let's just say it's completely ineffective for the ONE THING I want a bidet for. And more water ended up on the floor next to my toilet than on my b-hole.
One last note-- the t-tap they included required an (included) adapter to fit on the hose that was included. Why introduce another point of failure/potential leak??
Summary:
The whole thing seemed very home-inventor-y and not very well designed. Kudos to the manufacturing team, but shame on the designer.

It does fit on French curve toilets
one startwo starsthree starsfour starsfive stars
It's a little difficult to figure out what should be all the way tightened and what shouldn't. If certain things are over tightened it won't work. And it moves a lot, which causes it to become loose, so using toilet seat risers to keep it from moving back and forth help. It's probably hard to visualize but I'm not taking a picture of my toilet.. Oh hell ok I'll go take a picture.... Also, this will chip paint off your ceiling so DO NOT attempt full strength. And tell every single guest either not to use it, not to play with it, or give them a lesson on how to use it..
And when you're ready to turn off the stream.. Don't accidentally pull it the wrong way.. 🤕 trust me

Did not need seat bolt hole adapter as my toilet seat fastens internally to threaded anchor. If your toilet seat has a flat bottom you should not have to make any alterations however my toilet seat recesses into the toilet bowl requiring slight trim of 1 inch wide area underneath the seat allowing the adjustment arms to swing/ maneuver.
Adjust where you want the stream be careful start low pressure intensity until you master it, otherwise could give yourself an enema. I just might order another one to power wash brake residue off car rims... ;>)

Plus this part in the picture suddenly popped out, and I have no idea why or where it goes. This thing is worthless. It's very difficult to put on. Since it's only anchored at one point, it doesn't stay aligned. It's difficult to aim. The spray nozzle sprays all over the place, not just in a stream where you need it. The spray is so diffuse that it splashes underneath the toilet lid and all over the toilet, even onto the floor. It is directly underneath your butt, so if you poop while it's there, it gets poop all over the nozzle, which is difficult to clean. Then when it retracts, it hides underneath the edge of the bowl with mildew and ick. If you're not prepared to bleach your toilet every time you use it, don't get this. Get a self-cleaning model like a LuxeBidet for half the cost that doesn't sit directly under your poop. What a ridiculous waste. $150 literally down the toilet. I guess I'm a dummy.
