Water Heating Element broken after 2 years
We loved this bidet toilet seat when we got it. Now 2 years later, the water is only ice cold as it sprays. And the seat does not stay in place anymore despite tightening as much as I can so you have to take care when you sit. Now, I still love the heated seat and nightlight but unless it's 90 degrees in the house, I just can't use the ice cold water stream any longer.

Never Going Back
I am never going back to toilet paper. The Swash provides a wonderful experience every time. Installation was stress-free, and the blue nightlife is a plus. If you are a big person, I do recommend getting a model with a detached remote instead of this model, as the SE400's remote is attached to the side and can be covered up by large thighs. It's not a problem for me, but it is for others in the household.

My husband and I love our new bidet toilet seat. It keeps up clean and tidy. The warm water is directed to hit all the right spots. The dryer works well, however, we need to dry ourselves with a bit of toilet paper first, and then finish with the dryer. We enjoy the warm toilet seat—quite relaxing. It is rather large, but it’s in the privacy of our bathroom, so not a big deal.

If you just have it hooked up to power you only get about a min of hot water than your butt is taking a dip in the cold section of the pool. I also like the quiet lid so theres no slamming. The bidet also is the secret kind where the head retracts back inside so it doesn't just sit there looking all gross. I am glad I got this bidet. There's a bunch of other features on it but I'm just too lazy to list all of them. So far I do not regret getting it.
