I have to admit I was reluctant to try it out after buying it for my wife. But wow! I use it virtually everyday now and feel very clean. The different functions are amazing too. Anyway, it was easy to install & my wife and me are very happy we selected this particular model.

I purchased this for my mom for Christmas, since she had expressed she’d been wanting a bidet seat. She lives in the Midwest, so keep in mind the water temp is so cold half the year. Having never used a bidet, I wasn't sure what to expect. After using it for a month I have to say it was a good decision. It's nice to know my hands are as clean when I get up as they were when I sat down. Also, living in northern Michigan, the warm water, air and seat are much appreciated. As for the product, it appears to be well built with quality components. To install it, I just followed the video. It was easy, straight forward and I think it took about a half hour. The remote is a nice feature and works as expected. The only negative I have is the massage feature. I guess it really doesn't do anything for me, but maybe others find it a benefit.

Best investment I ever made in my bathroom! Once you get a bidet you’ll never want to go without one again. I have been using it for about 18mo now, and it is still working just fine. Some features are pointless (the deodorizing fan and air dryer are basically useless in my opinion), but overall it’s been more than worth it.
