Good

Overall I'm pretty happy with the purchase. It does what it needs to do and that is the most important part. The assembly was easy, just make sure you order the right one (round or elongated). For me I have a round which was relatively hard to find. The drier doesn't work well for drying. It is weak and off centered so it's not doing anything. Don't buy this if you are really wanting the drier feature. I also find it looks ugly but oh well. I'm not convinced that the warm seat or warm water is important anymore. The house is relatively warm as so would your water in the pipes.

Pros: The device is easy to use and install. Cons: The air dryer is too weak so it’s not worth paying for that feature. Also, the water temperature fluctuates - I would have expected it to remain consistent.

If you are looking into this product you are probably thinking either this or the TOTO and let me tell you for basically half the price you are getting a great product thats high in quality. Took me about 20 mins to install this seat all pretty basic stuff a monkey with a wrench can install it. The heated seats are unreal with the perfect sprayer and dryer I am going to the toilet just for fun now. Don't think twice just order it NOW and you will love it

This thing is amazing and lovely, as a man i find it greatful, everything works wonderfully, the washing cycles, the dryer, the move, the nassage, the hot water, the hot controlling seat, the water pressure, the ECO...VERY GOOD BIDET AND TOILET SEAT, ALL WOMAN SHOULD HAVE SOMETHING LIKE THAT, REALLY USEFUL, I LOVE IT !!! VERY USEFULL, WOKS WELL !!!

Product worked well for about a year and a half until I went to use the washlet and water came pouring out of the inner housing of the unit. Contacted their customer service department for help and they proceeded to tell me that I'd have to ship it to California, pay for all costs, cleaning fee, parts ect. And will verify if they can repair it there. Once I explained that that would cost more than the original unit from their price points they then said they would offer me a whopping 25% off a new unit (their most expensive model) to replace my existing one. So if you plan on purchasing from brondell just be aware of this company policy to just try to get more money out of you instead of helping with the product you have.
