Love this seat so much!!! Wish I had discovered this years ago. 

Assembly was straight forward, it arrived 2 days earlier than expected, and was working within 2 hours of me starting to install. The warm water setting feels great, and our toilet paper use has dropped by 90%

I never imagined what a game changer this product could be. I purchased one in preparation for hand surgery but I’m now convinced every home should have one. Great for seniors who may have mobility issues but really a great hygiene choice for the entire family. 

Won't have it installed by the review cut-off but I can say is that Wayfair had the best price. 

This bidet, C3-430 is one of two Kohler bidets I own. The spray nozzle doesn't extent far enough to clean all my front parts. It sprays up my back in the rear position. I'm told it can't be replaced or fixed. The other one I have C3-230 is great. I am quite disappointed the C3-430 

I find the water temperature and strength of the stream to fluctuate greatly in one sitting. I also own a Toto washlet, and as a basis for comparison, the Toto is far superior. 

Tightened seat bolts twice. I use a grab bar to get up from the seat. Seat shifts from centered position. Seat is usable but is always shifted to the right. If I tighten harder, I am afraid nuts & bolts will be stripped. 

Really doesn’t fit as well as I think it should for the cost.
