I purchased this 6 months ago. It works great. The seat is heated, the water temperature is adjustable as is the intensity of the jets. The handheld remote control is very useful and I never have to use the controls on the seat itself. The remote allows preset settings for two people and so you can get the adjustments you want with the touch of one button (pulsate, water temp, wand adjustment, etc).

Processing, shipping and delivery from BidetKing was satisfactory and without issue to Canada. The installation of the C3 230 K-4108 on a Kohler San Souci toilet was simple and without issue. Great bidet features and nice touch with the night light and deodorizer. The automatic night light and deodorizer can be disabled as the default setting. It would be cool to have an automatic open and close bidet cover feature. 

I love, love, love this bidet seat and have won over most of my family and friends that made fun of me for buying it. Only problem I've had is that the remote was loosely attached and fell the second time I used it. Initially it appeared to have just cracked the screen but now none of the buttons work. Looking to buy a replacement soon. Would have given it a 5 star if the remote had been more secure on it's holder. 

I opted to buy this seat over an actual bidet to give more space to my bathroom and I am. It disappointed. I love that the seat has a blue light so at night time I can see where he toilet is and do not have to turn on all the lights. It also has many options for water pressure, position and even temperature! Plus, I can warm the seat so sitting on the toilet is a pleasant experience every time.

Great product. So happy with this purchase. 

We bought this for my 89 year old parents and they absolutely love it! We went over the instructions with them a couple of times and they were able to adjust all of the settings easily after a few days. This was definitely a smart purchase as it works very well and has improved their quality of life immensely.

Good product with very sensible directions on installation. Customer service was fantastic! Probably should reconsider the water connection into the seat.
