I really liked this bidet but it just started leaking from the handle after 1.5 years. Will replace.

Bidet started leaking at the handle within a week. Would not recommend.

This was a replacement. Old one started leaking at handle...no way to fix it. Lasted 2 years but up until that point it was working great. Can't be without once you have one.

Handle just started leaking. I've never had this happen with any other bidet seat I have owned.

I had this for 3 or 4 years. If you don't clean the areas in between where the water sprays from, you will have huge build up of mold. The screws even got moldy too. Make sure you remove it and clean often. Honestly, there are better ones out there. I finally got a different brand which has much better water pressure (stronger flow).

how do I get my money back? The knob/arm leaks on to the floor. I want to return it.

I don’t know how people live day to day without a bidet!!! This one does not have all the bells and whistles, but it serves it purpose. Saves a lot of toilet paper. I love it. Bought one for both toilets. Only bummer, it ended up being too hard for me to install myself, had to call a plumber.
