My product had an issue and I was able to contact customer service and they troubleshot the issue and resolved my issue within two days (on a weekend)

Great bidet seat. I have a Toto unit that cost much more and this one has more features and works just as well. I put the adhesive on the wrong side of the magnetic contact for the remote and service was great and sent me a new replacement (free) within a couple of days. Jamais vu un service aussi courtois et aussi rapide.

Well it’s been exactly 4 days and our new remote is on its way. I had contacted Levi 4 days ago about our remote control’s malfunction, and they not only responded the very next morning, but as you can see the new remote is on its way. I’m so impressed with this company that they actually care about customer satisfaction. I have full confidence that even when the warranty expires they still look after me. There was only a 5 Star choice but I give them a solid 10 GREAT JOB LEIVI !!!

Bought this brand as I was looking for an affordable electric bidet seat. Liked the price point and the product had good reviews. Very happy with my choice. I recently contacted the company’s support team and received EXCELLENT service - they were prompt and responsive. It turned out it was an error on my end which was easily resolved. Great experience! The seat is great, I don't know why I didn't get one sooner. As a white canadian I followed to routine of using tp for many many years and knew no better. The bidet was a great addition to our bathroom and fairly simple to install. The inserts that go into the toilet seat hole were the wrong shapes with the oval thing they have on the plastic inserts just had to snap those for the round part to go in. Bidet stoped working after two months of use like the pump just gave out, I reached out to customer service and told them the issue and after a quick video they sent me a replacement. Product is great and customer service was even better which these days is a big blessing. Thanks Leivi
