First time using bidet, so I did some research before acquiring this one, and I am so happy getting this one. I do not mind the cold water; in fact, I find it refreshing. Most importantly, I feel clean every time I use the toilet, and I find this bidet to be much more effective and efficient than toilet paper alone. If you are considering purchasing a bidet, I recommend this one.

This toilet seat and bidet combo is almost perfect. We had a bidet attachment on our old seat that was ok. My main issue was cleaning the back of the toilet where the bidet connected to the seat. It was impossible to clean debris and germs from between the bidet and toilet without removing the seat completely. This seat; however, is very easy to clean. I love the look of the seat and the low profile switch to activate the bidet. My husband said installation was easy, but a little annoying. It took him under 45 to install. My only complaint about this seat is the plumbing hose is extremely long and sticks far out from the toilet. We’re going to replace it with a sorter hose.

I just moved and have 4 bathrooms in my new house. I started with 1 of these in the master bath and loved it enough to go ahead and put them in the other 3. I had a different brand at my old house but these were roughly half the price and honestly work just as good or better. Took about 10-15 min to install each, including removing the old seats.

Easy installation only about 15-20 minutes. I did use the supplied Teflon tape. First time used it I thought I wish I would have had this years ago. Quality of construction is good for the price. I'm sure there's better ones out there but like I say for the price it does the job and I recommend it.

I have never used a bidet before, so it’s my first time to purchase one, and I'm so excited with this one. I don't mind the cold water at all, and in fact it can be very refreshing. Good build, good instructions. I wound up not installing because the seat opening turned an elongated bowl into a round one — too small. If that doesn’t bother you, price is right & bidet is of good quality.

This bidet is moderately decent for the price, or at least would be, if there wasn't serious quality control issues in manufacturing. (Despite being a Vine member, I paid full price for this unit.) Very poor quality, it broke after two months of use, one of the tubes would slip out of the connector, causing leaks, damaging my entire bathroom, and costing me thousands of dollars to repair my bathroom.

I like that it has the control on the side and is a knob. Much better then a remote. The whole family really likes it and I would never go back!

It's very difficult to clean with many places hard to reach it's messy , also it leaks all the time.
