Love this upgrade! Wish I had known about these seats sooner! 

I though that I ordered this item from the Amazon site but what arrived was not what I thought I ordered. It didn't have all the features I thought that was in the Amazon site. Since I used it I don't think it can be returned. I just settled for less. I also noticed the model number had a suffix after the unit I received. This is something you should watch for. Other than that, it works fine and serves its purpose.

This works really well for a non electric bidet. It was easy to install and looks like a regular toilet seat and lid when closed. It has two different spray options. It's easy to use. The only drawback is the the water is not heated. That takes some getting used to but otherwise it's great. This is an electric bidet so you would need an electrical outlet near your toilet to plug it in. Lots of features and like two water sprays, self-cleansing feature after every use. Instant heating for unlimited warm water. Soft night light for use during night time. It's low profile so it doesn't seem bulky or add too much height on your toilet seat. Worth the price.

This is like a pleasant vacation for your butt. Yeah, you can drop $5k and get something integrated, but I was upgrading from a $20 cold water spray (which cleaning was a pain) to this, integrated, clean model. Great product. I had it installed so I can't personally address ease of installation, but it's certainly easy to use. The lid is very light, so I don't recommend using it as an "extra seat" if you're short on space. But overall, great product. Exactly what you'd expect from TOTO.

This is my first experience with a bidet. I was very skeptical about using a bidet at first as I wasn’t sure what to expect. This is a bathroom game changer. It a very pleasant experience with the heated water and seat functions. Plus you save money on toilet paper! I really like the soft close feature of the lid so it doesn’t slam shut. The seat was very easy to install. I was able to have it all hooked up and operating in about 15 minutes. 

Pretty good product overall. Easy to install. I've only had the product for a few weeks but it seems to be well constructed from quality part. Some surprises for a first time user; heated seat :), the water was warmed to an appropriate temperature, and wand clean themselves upon sitting (occasionally pre-splashing user). One flaw might be that the wands are stationary requiring the user to make some adjustments during use. 

I have been using this for about a month now. How did I live without this before?
