The bidet works very well. But I only wished the electric cord that you plug in the wall be a bit longer(about 1.5 feet). I have to use an extension cord to be able to reach the wall outlet. This replaces another bidet I had which is no longer working and however I did not need an extension cord to plug in the outlet. Also please note that this bidet has no dryer. We never used it so it did not matter to us.

Love my Bidet. After living in Japan for 10 years, I become accustomed to using it. However, for some Americans it may take some time to get comfortable with it ; e.g. my father never liked it. However, once you get used to it, you will love it.

This works really well for a non electric bidet. It was easy to install and looks like a regular toilet seat and lid when closed. It has two different spray options. It's easy to use. The only drawback is the the water is not heated. That takes some getting used to but otherwise it's great. Pros Durable, Easy to Use, Sturdy, High Quality, Easy to Install, Looks Great, Nice Design 

Pretty good product overall. Easy to install. I've only had the product for a few weeks but it seems to be well constructed from quality part. Some surprises for a first time user; heated seat :), the water was warmed to an appropriate temperature, and wand clean themselves upon sitting (occasionally pre-splashing user). One flaw might be that the wands are stationary requiring the user to make some adjustments during use. 

Installed and working as intended 

This is an electric bidet so you would need an electrical outlet near your toilet to plug it in. Lots of features and like two water sprays, self-cleansing feature after every use. Instant heating for unlimited warm water. Soft night light for use during night time. It's low profile so it doesn't seem bulky or add too much height on your toilet seat. Worth the price. 

Love this upgrade! Wish I had known about these seats sooner!
