One month in an I have found this product to be extremely effective. I am not sure exactly how it works (does not seem intuitive) and do not care. After having this for 2 days, I don’t understand why toilets don’t come standard with this. It’s just so much better, cleaner, more sanitary. Just makes sense. Get one if you can.

This works really well for a non electric bidet. It was easy to install and looks like a regular toilet seat and lid when closed. It has two different spray options. It's easy to use. The only drawback is the the water is not heated. That takes some getting used to but otherwise it's great. This is an electric bidet so you would need an electrical outlet near your toilet to plug it in. Lots of features and like two water sprays, self-cleansing feature after every use. Instant heating for unlimited warm water. Soft night light for use during night time. It's low profile so it doesn't seem bulky or add too much height on your toilet seat. Worth the price. 

I was looking at upgrading to an electric bidet for a while, and Toto seems to be the best brand. I chose this model because it has unlimited hot water instead of a hot water tank that empties quickly. Pretty good product overall. Easy to install. I've only had the product for a few weeks but it seems to be well constructed from quality part. Some surprises for a first time user; heated seat :), the water was warmed to an appropriate temperature, and wand clean themselves upon sitting (occasionally pre-splashing user). One flaw might be that the wands are stationary requiring the user to make some adjustments during use. 

Love this upgrade! Wish I had known about these seats sooner! 

I received this bidet a few months ago and was skeptical of installing and using. It took longer than we anticipated to install it due to the fact our house is old and we had to do some work to install an outlet for the bidet. It took some getting used to but, the entire family likes it. I don’t buy hardly any toilet paper (visitors not quite used it ) and that has saved us a lot of money. 

I bought this mostly for the bidet functionality, and because my toilet is simply too close to the wall to have one of the on-unit controls. (Also because I've had bad experiences with those getting shipped broken) However, the two stand out performances from this unit has been that the heating elements are completely in a class of their own.
