High tech smart toilet. Bought this after I came back from a trip from Japan. Japan hotels have these smart toilets in the majority of hotels.

This is my first experience with a bidet. I was very skeptical about using a bidet at first as I wasn’t sure what to expect. This is a bathroom game changer. It a very pleasant experience with the heated water and seat functions. Plus you save money on toilet paper! I really like the soft close feature of the lid so it doesn’t slam shut. The seat was very easy to install. I was able to have it all hooked up and operating in about 15 minutes. 

Installed and working as intended 

This really keeps you clean. I love all the options and settings. I love how it sprays the bowl with ewater to keep it slippery. I love the dryer. The toilet lid opens too much if you are just moving around the bathroom. But that is a minor issue. This is my second Toto seat in 20 years and the design is even better than the first, except for the remote. I like the old wall control much better with the physical buttons to push. Luckily it still works perfectly with my new seat and I don't have to use the digital remote it comes with. I wouldn't be without my wonderful Toto!

Lots of bells and whistles. Could probably get away with getting the model below this one. Still great though

This works really well for a non electric bidet. It was easy to install and looks like a regular toilet seat and lid when closed. It has two different spray options. It's easy to use. The only drawback is the the water is not heated. That takes some getting used to but otherwise it's great. Pros Durable, Easy to Use, Sturdy, High Quality, Easy to Install, Looks Great, Nice Design 

I bought this washlet after another one began having issues (after heavy use for TWENTY years!). I could have made the other one last even longer, but figured, "we use this multiple times every day, and my family deserves the best." We are not disappointed. This new model is even more silent that the original (which was pretty quiet), has ALL the "bells and whistles" one expects from a bidet, and appears to be even easier to clean than the original it replaced. We could not be more pleased with our purchase. Our bathrooms have Toto toilet bases and washlets. We are toto-ally satisfied!

Easily the best thing I have ever bought for the house. The water heater is instant and we've never been cleaner!
