[Incentivized Review] Works well

This works really well for a non electric bidet. It was easy to install and looks like a regular toilet seat and lid when closed. It has two different spray options. It's easy to use. The only drawback is the the water is not heated. That takes some getting used to but otherwise it's great. Pros Durable, Easy to Use, Sturdy, High Quality, Easy to Install, Looks Great, Nice Design

[Incentivized Review] First time user...

Pretty good product overall. Easy to install. I've only had the product for a few weeks but it seems to be well constructed from quality part. Some surprises for a first time user; heated seat :), the water was warmed to an appropriate temperature, and wand clean themselves upon sitting (occasionally pre-splashing user). One flaw might be that the wands are stationary requiring the user to make some adjustments during use.

[Incentivized Review] Best toilet upgrade

This is my first experience with a bidet. I was very skeptical about using a bidet at first as I wasn’t sure what to expect. This is a bathroom game changer. It a very pleasant experience with the heated water and seat functions. Plus you save money on toilet paper! I really like the soft close feature of the lid so it doesn’t slam shut. The seat was very easy to install. I was able to have it all hooked up and operating in about 15 minutes.

Love it!

My husband recently renovated our bathroom. We had considered getting a whole new toilet, but instead got this seat for our existing toilet. The first time I used it I was uncertain, but this has quickly become my favorite new bathroom accessory. It’s perfect. It makes you feel shower clean every time you use the bathroom. I have no idea why we as Americans haven’t adopted bidets yet, but I will always have one from now on. Pair this with a Squatty Potty stool and you’ll be all set for the perfe...

Elevate your bathroom

Love this product. My only regret is not purchasing it sooner. It is worth the splurge!

Missing parts

It arrived missing the valve component to actually connect the bidet to the waterline - it’s an included part in the part list but was left out of the box

This is an electric bidet so you would need an electrical outlet near your toilet to plug it in. Lots of features and like two water sprays, self-cleansing feature after every use. Instant heating for unlimited warm water. Soft night light for use during night time. It's low profile so it doesn't seem bulky or add too much height on your toilet seat. Worth the price.

Use thread sealant to prevent a leak

As part of a new remodel, our licensed plumber installed this unit on top of a new Toto toilet. Unknown to us, the unit began leaking. Water seeped into our new baseboard and drywall and created mold. The primary bathroom had to be RE-remodeled. Toto does not recommend the use of plumber tape (thread sealant). Had it been used, there likely would not have been a leak. Use at your own risk.
