Great looks; washing feature, drying feature, warming, everything is well functional. Bought second one for other bathroom. Recommended. 

It’s the cat’s meow. A great toilet, that is easy to clean, and has all the features I want for bidet toilet. I like features, price point, reliability, and size so much that I’m going to install a second one in the basement 1/2 bathroom. Lastly, I’m not a plumber, I’m not particularly handy, nor am I amazingly strong, yet I installed this product on my own - flawlessly - on my first attempt. 

I thought a bidet was frivolous. Now, I understand. It is fabulous! I warn you, however. There is no going back. Enjoy your life. 

This well-priced, sleek looking unit is, in my opinion, a good value. I have been using it for several months now and generally find it to work well. My only real objection to it is the same I have had with every bidet/toilet combo I have ever tried. The rear wash (a euphemism for sure) is simply not powerful enough in any of its settings, to do a thorough job of cleaning. That said, the seat heater is excellent, the air dryer works well, the motion sensor that lifts the lid when you approach is, if anything, oversensitive but since the system closes the lid after about 3 minutes of non-use, it doesn't really cause any problems.

Had this for about one year and I do love it so far. I want a second one for my master bedroom. The price point and luxury meet all my needs. 

The Alpha is amazing. I love the ability to customize all the features. The only negative is that I'll never be able to love without it. 

We have never had something so advanced in a bathroom. We first ordered this for a customer that we were going to do an install with. They decided they didn’t want it so we needed to return it. The return process went very smoothly, but then we realized we could keep it for ourselves. Long story short, we kept the toilet, installed it in our own bathroom and it has been amazing 

The Alpha Pearl toilet is such a game changer in the bathroom. All the functions work flawlessly with ease of use and ability to set preferences. The toilet is beautiful and updated the bathroom which is something I hadn't thought would be so different. The installer had no issue with setting the Alpha in place and attaching the remote to the wall. In fact, installation was flawless. The remarkable clean feeling after use is worth every penny. The hygiene benefit is heavenly.

Replaced our Toto with the Alpha and are very happy. Love the extra height. Does everything the Toto did. I only wish the remote had backlit buttons for use in the dark. The Toto didn't either, and I'm not sure if any of the bidets do, but it would be nice. The Alpha does have a know on the side of the toilet that makes use in the dark easy. Otherwise completely happy. BidetKing was also great to deal with as far as cost and delivery. 

We finally installed the Alpha UXT last week and took our time enjoying the benefits. The seat height is perfect, making it very easy to sit on and get up. The look is sleek and appealing for sure. The functionality (flows and blows) all work very well. My only comment is that the fan primarily focus' on the back side leaving the front to not dry as well. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase and will be recommending it to our friends!
