The ease and pleasure of using the Bidet is limitless. Excellent plroduct. 

So, I wanted to love this bidet toilet seat, but only 'like' it. It is much more comfortable than some of the others I've tried (like the Toto), which is good...it has the features that are prevalent for the nicer ones, but they work just OK. Sometimes the pressure and the water temperature seems inconsistent. I do like the auto open feature. The heated seat also seems to vary. 

Bought this to replace a non-electeic bidet that had started to leak. Amazing upgrade! The user save feature is really nice when more than one person uses it. I enjoy the heated seat way more than I expected to and it's nice having instant hot water for a wash. Having to buy for a round toilet made the opening on the small side, but there's still plenty of room even being male. About the only downside is not being able to use bathroom cleaners on it and having to use water and vinegar.

It’s been working really well! No problems at all. I had researched several different brands and models, and was pretty picky, when I narrowed my choice down to the Pearl. This is my first bidet, so I have no others to compare it to. But, this unit checks all the boxes. Bidetking was very helpful supplying me with answers to my questions. I did a lot of research on bidets before I bought the Alpha UX Pearl. It had most of the features I wanted, was within my budget and included easy installation. I am a first time bidet buyer. Bidet King's customer service was very helpful will all the questions I have on the models I was interested in. I settled on the Alpha UX Pearl. This is a very nice mid-range bidet… not too expensive and not too cheap. I took me a while to get used to using the functions of the bidet. But now I am used to it and very happy with my purchase. We have always been curious about bidets. We have traveled and never tried one. We decided to give this a try. We chose this model based on style, reviews, unlimited hot water and the 3 year warranty. We both like this bidet and the clean feeling that you just don’t get with paper. The only complaint is the front wash. She says it gets her all wet and isn’t really effective because of the angle. Otherwise we are very completely happy with this purchase.
