We bought the bidet to prepare for an upcoming surgery and boy am I glad I did! This seat has it all! Heated seat, water, and dryer makes this seat the ultimate dream! It even has a night light feature which makes for easy use in the middle of the night. My whole family loves it so everyone is always using my bathroom! I might need to purchase another in the near future! 

All in all I am pretty happy with my purchase. Build quality send fine, and the product has plenty of helpful features along with being effective. There are a few issues, but even the top brands have those, so at half the price point of the competition, I'll deal with it. I just truly hope this bidet stands the test of time, as I won't be able to afford a replacement, nor want to go back to an analog toilet. 

This is one of the best buys that I did this year and want to recommend to everyone, especially if you have a cold toilet seat. This vovo bidet seat provides a heated seat as well as premium bidet features such as warm water and warm air dryer with LED light! The remote control is also very easy to use and intuitive. Installation was also suprrisingly easy~ It only took me about 15 minutes. 

Dead after one and a half years. Don't waste your money 

I like that this model has quality features that otherwise can only be found on pricier models, but the sizing isn't correct, and it slopes forward significantly. We have ordered separate adhesive "toilet bumpers" (risers) to put under the seat to raise the front to fix the slope, and hopefully stop our legs from touching exposed cold ceramic toilet bowl when sitting. 

Great bidet for the price Works great and easy to install. I had the seat crack but I emailed vovo and they were great and sent me a new seat free of charge. I sent pictures of the damage and they sent a new seat . 

Best service I have ever received! All the sales people are so friendly and bend over backwards to make sure customers are happy. I love my bidet. When it malfunctioned due to a major lightening strike they happily fixed it. Made my day! 

I bought my smart seat when I remodeled my bathroom. I added a electric plug and when they installed the toilet they install the the VOVO seat. I love the light. I love the heated seat. On the old toilet my feet went to sleep - this seat must be ergogenic as I am not experiencing that. My son spent the night and asked for a VOVO smart Bidet Seat for his birthday. 

This was the best decision I've ever made purchasing this bidet and WOW!! If this isn't the most important item in your bathroom then I don't know what is!! The installation was insanely easy, I'm usually not great and installing anything but I was able to get this installed within 20 minutes! Highly recommended!
