I purchased a VOVO VB-6100SR one month ago and I'm loving it. I have arthritis in my hands and for obvious reasons this bidet toilet seat has given me huge relief when in the bathroom. A warm toilet seat first thing in the morning is heaven and so far all the functions have performed as expected..water pressure and water temperature have good selection choices. Installation was easy and fast...so far I'm very pleased with my VOVO.

This is my first bidet i have used and everything about this bidet was great. Everything needed for the installation was included, so it only took me about 10 min to get it installed. Spend most of the time cleaning the toilet, so installation was like 5 min or less. Once i have got the bidet installed and remote mounted, everything working right away without any issue. After using the bidet, i don't know how i lived without one. 

I purchased a VB-6000 VOVO bidet about 4 years ago. It has been working well until recently it doesn’t work with the remote. I contacted VOVO support I received a replacement remote within a few days. Upon receiving the remote it still didn’t work. Again the support promptly resolved my problem by disconnecting a side IR cable. It works! What I am particularly impressed is by VOVO support of polite and professional responses. It gives me confidence of VOVO product and services.

Still getting used to having a bidet, but overall like it. Nothing beats a heated seat when you live in WI in the winter months! Had to buy a new braided water line connection because it didn't fit, but pretty easy for me to install and didnt need to hubs help. Great customer service!

Awesome one piece intelligent bidet. Seat is warm, water is warm and easy to clean. I recommend this item to anyone. Great quality for the price.

I didn't know that bidetsplus has vovo bidet till now! I bought this unit before and is amazing still now! Customer service was excellent and everyone was so helpful when I tried to decide to get the round or elongated one. I do recommend this unit to everyone! I'm gonna buy the whole toilet from them but this is definitely a great buy if you are looking for mid range one.

I've had this seat a little over a year. Favorite part is the seat warmer and warm water. I had an issue with it leaking no fault of the products (mineral build up and what not). Contacted company and found out I was over the hear warranty. They assisted in timely troubleshooting and then still repaired the seat for me. I just paid for shipping one way. Great company, great seat so I'd definitely buy another one. 

We love it! This is our second Vovo bidet toilet for our second bathroom—once you have had one, you cannot go back to stone ages… we purchase two without auto closing lid because the bathrooms are small and the lids would open automatically when walking past. Installation was easy once you have the power outlet ready to go. Will buy another one for upstairs…
