I bought this new bidet to replace the same model that I had purchased 10+ yrs ago. I am replacing it not because it stopped working,( It is still working perfectly) but the seat broke at the hinge. Bidet is still going strong and we decide to put the old one in a lesser used bathroom and order a new one for the ensuite. I love this bidet. I love how fresh and clean I am "Down There". The service I get from Bidet King is the best. Their pricing is comparable if not better than any I've found. I am a customer for life. K 

Unit came as a pre owned. Yet I must say everything worked out great. Details of features in the owners manual could be better. Overall very satisfied.

This was our 4th or 5th purchase. Great product, but they do eventually wear out. Have always re-purchased the same model as we know the quality of this seat. 

This is my second purchase of this item, (one upstairs and one downstairs) and love it. Has more features than other units I have come across and have had my first purchase for over a year now with no issues other than changing out the battery on the remote. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to add a Bidet seat to their toilet this is the one to buy without breaking the bank.

I never considered having a bidet myself, but my son, do to an injury on his spine, his doctor suggested buying one. He had bought two different units from other manufacturers but neither of them was satisfactory. He bought this model from BidetKing and was so pleased with it he convinced me to get one, and I like it so much I may get another for the other toilets in my home. It took a couple of days to get familiar with all the functions but now I can't imagine not having it. 

My Mom has had this bidet for several years and had no complaints so we ordered as our first bidet. It was what we expected, fairly easy install ( 2 people who are NOT handy). The only reason for 4 stars is that the dryer is useless. It does not dry your behind in any way, shape, or form. Other than that, works great and my hubby, who was skeptical, is on it all the time! 

This was purchased for my 92 year old Father. The first one lasted 5 years. We live in very hard well water which corroded and plugged the hoses. This will not happen again since we've learned to buy filters. My sister wasn't interested in buying bidet for pops. Once easy install was finished, Sister changed her tune seeing the sparkle in pops eye! "I never thought a simple bidet would make pops so happy" she said. Keep up the good work 

This is a great product, it takes some getting used to and figuring out the settings for you, but once you do it does a really great job cleaning your backside. The heated seat and heated water are definitely a plus, if you get them you will Not regret it. The only think I would change is to have the dryer be a little stronger. It blows air at the end, but it is a little weak and takes a while, so wiping is still needed to speed things up. 

Overall, I love this seat. Lots of features, but I would expect so at this price. The power cord is super long. I don’t know that I’d get a dryer on my next seat - fairly useless. One thing about this seat - the portion of the seat under your hammys is fairly thin - that leads to cutting off the circulation to your legs if you’re sitting on here for more than 10mins. Just saying. My next seat I will look for a wider sitting foundation. 

This is a wonderful product that was a lifesaver during covid when toilet paper could not be found. It does have some negative points. I don't know if these negatives are any better with other makes and models, and I don't know if the product has improved since 2017 (it doesn't look like it). 1) The solenoid has failed twice on our machine.
