Just received and installed my Alpha ONE V2 Bidet Seat and quite pleased with the product so far after just 2 days. I have been searching for a quality bidet that did not require electricity and instead of the more simple ones that mount under your current seat, I opted for this model and glad I did. The Alpha ONE V2 feels like a well made OEM type product. I'm pleased that the plastic construction strength and weight seems to be on par with normal OEM seats, but it was the soft close seat/lid and brass plumbing that finally helped make the decision to buy. The packaging was first rate, double boxed, shrink wrapped and soft foam protected. All the hardware you need to install is included, including a T-type connector and steel braided 90 degree hose. All in all a good value in my mind for less than a nice dinner out. All you need is a screwdriver, large pliers or adjustable wrench. I used plumbers Teflon tape at the connections. Installation took about 30 minutes as I'm fussy about fit. Finding the perfect location in lining up the seat to the front rim before tightening the quick connect seat base, took maybe 3 tries, but once there, firmly tightens up with expanding rubber connectors and does not move. The fit on my Kohler elongated is excellent. The earlier comment about the white color is correct, it is a pure bright white tone.. See pictures attached. That said, it doesn't bother us at all, as it has a quality look and feel. I'm impressed with the smooth function of the control lever which also adjusts pressure at the business end. The ambient temp water is refreshing. I can recommend this unit for those like me looking for a simple, high quality, non-electrical "Asian" style bidet to enjoy at home. Read Less

This took my husband many years to consent to, but, one day, because of being electrocuted while on a pole, (he was 26@ x), he was a lineman, his arm sockets are shot, he couldn’t take care of himself. He said yes and we ordered it. My husband turns 81 soon, and he likes to take short cuts. So he didn’t put the rubber things in the screw hole, thus it wiggle and got discouraged, until I made him watch the video on how to and showed him the rubber things and he followed the instructions and we go... Since he got use to the thing, he can’t live without it. He sold my brother, a friend and our son so far and they are all very satisfied. For me, l love feeling clean, it’s cold, so what, actually better for you, and we found out, when the power fails, we r still in business. My husband wants a travel one now!!
