[Incentivized Review] Best toilet upgrade

This is my first experience with a bidet. I was very skeptical about using a bidet at first as I wasn’t sure what to expect. This is a bathroom game changer. It a very pleasant experience with the heated water and seat functions. Plus you save money on toilet paper! I really like the soft close feature of the lid so it doesn’t slam shut. The seat was very easy to install. I was able to have it all hooked up and operating in about 15 minutes.

Aqua Wash Bidet Seat

I installed this product in a tight fitting space. Even though it was difficult to view the progress of the installation the instructions provided were very clear and it all went very well. The seat itself is very unusual as the lid overlaps the bottom and both top and bottom seem thinner than standard seats. The slow closure is nice. It works as it should and I wish I had purchased years ago.

Good Quality Materials, Poor Wash Power

Good quality. Easy installation. Quiet auto closing seat and lid work great. BUT the butt wash water pressure is too weak to fully clean me, even on the highest setting. The seat this one replaced had great water pressure and got me clean as a whistle. Sadly, not this one. So, after a few days of using lots of water to not get fully clean, and using way more wipes and toilet paper than should necessary with a bidet seat, I’m replacing this one.

This was so easy to install! I love how it lights up and keeps the seat warm. Easy to use. My 7 year old loves it and has no problem with the function of it. The lid shuts do slowly, there's no slamming it.

Wow! I never knew what I was missing!

I would like to start by saying that I have never used any kind of bidet before. I was skeptical. In order to use this seat you will need to make sure you have an outlet close enough to your toilet. It has a heated water feature, a heated seat, 2 nozzles for a front and back wash, and even a nightlight! It also has a soft close which is great when you have kids! It removes easily so cleaning it is a breeze! This is next level clean! If you have never used a bidet before or if you are simply on the fence about trying it, take my advice and do it! You won't be sorry and you will never go back!

I installed this in our master bathroom and we have used it for about a month now. Since my wife often uses flushable wipes, I got this in hopes of eliminating (or at least significantly decreasing) such usage since they can cause plumbing issues (i.e. clogs!). This was super easy to install...took less than 20 minutes. It comes with a cord that when plugged in heats the seat and the water, but you can also use it without plugging it in which is what we've been doing since we don't necessarily care about a heated seat and/or water. It has two directions of spray (a slightly forward direction and a rear [no pun intended!] direction). You simply use the dial/switch on the side to turn on the spray (move it forward for the front area and move it backward for the rear). It also has two flow settings (min, max) for each direction...so you can choose to spray a little or a lot depending on the situation. We absolutely LOVE this product!!! I wasn't sure how much I would actually use it when I got it but I think I use it more than my wife at this point! Lol It's just so easy and convenient to use. It's also self cleaning btw so now worries there, and the lids are self closing so no more accidentally "dropping" the toilet seat! I would definitely encourage people to check this product out. It's high quality and works flawlessly...and it will definitely eliminate or at least save on the use of flushable wipes!!! :) Totally worth it. Thinking about actually getting one for my parents since we love it so much.

[Incentivized Review] Lid doesn't slam!

I highly recommend this bidet to anyone that has little ones or that make night visits to the restroom, it has a wonderful nightlight. The lid does not slam shut, it slowly closes on it own. If you are an individual that might be on the shorter side as I am, the height is shorter in the front so your legs will not fall asleep while sitting on this bidet, like others that I have tried in the past. So if you would like to take your bottom to a spa this is the bidet to purchase!! Thank you!

Started kinda weak, and got weaker over time.

Build quality and fit and finish are good. No complaints about the seat or soft close feature. It all works well. The bidet itself was a little on the weak side when new, and lost pressure over time (6 months to a year). I have two and both are similar.

Cannot get a better one at this price point - comparison with BB2000

I own a Bio Bidet BB200 for many years. My downstairs toilet does not have a near power outlet, so I have been postponing installing one there for a while. I decided to go with a "cheap" bidet and it was a great decision. Is ti as good as the BB2000? No. Mind that it is 10% of the BB2000 price. Is the BB2000 10x better than this one. No. I would say that this one is a better value for the money than the BB2000. Having said that, it is not perfect, but you can't expect tha...

Having said that, it is not perfect, but you can't expect that at this price point. Here are the good things about it. + Easy to install + Great price + Works as described and as expected + Fits ok (more on that later) + No need for power + Soft close lid (did not expect it at this price) + Seem durable - had it for 5 months now. What could be better? - My toilet is a Kohler and this seat fits, but just barely. That is, the seat is shorter than the toilet. It would be great if they would offer two different sizes or so. I realize it may create a nightmare as people would order the wrong one. Still, for my toilet, the seat could be about 1.5 inches longer, which would be great. - The nozzles slide in an out, but essentially they have two positions. Full retracted when not in use and fully extended when in use. Also, since there are two of them, each ends up shooting water at a slight angle, rather than straight. You end up getting more wet that you need to and also having to wiggle to make sure the water washes where needed. Of course, this varies with everyone's anatomy. One way to improve would be to have the nozzles replaceable. Then sell shorter or longer or tilted (to a side) nozzles and people would use the ones that fit them best. I think it would not be a major mechanical change. - The seat cover is slow closing (which is great), but the back of the seat gets so close to the tank that the seat cover barely stands straight. This could be unique to my toilet, although I mounted it as far as possible from the tank. Compared to the BB2000 + The lack of warm water or seat warmer is not an issue for us. Granted we live in TX now. It was a godsend in the winters when we lived up North. + Easier to reach an operate than the fancy remote control + Not missing the air dry feature of the BB2000, as I never really though that one work well anyway. + Better seat design than the BB2000. The BB2000 has a sizable gap between the seat and an rim of the toilet. For men, in some cases, it is not unlikely to inadvertently "aim" for that gap when seated, which results in unwanted splashing outside. The Aqua Wash has a larger lip inside that covers said gap. - Miss the adjustable length of the spray nozzle. - The seat is smaller than the BB2000, yet not by much. All in all - great product for the price. I would pay double if the few issues I mentioned would be addressed.

JUNK LID! NO REPLACEMENTS!!!

I "LOVED" our American Standard 2.0 (Bidet toilet seat) BUT the soft close lid broke this morning & we've owned it less than a year! Ultimately, it's a TOTAL LOSS bc (of course) they don't make replacement lids!!! 600 bucks thrown in the trash, Literally!!!
