I am truly impressed with the overall quality, design, durability, and functionality of this 5-Series Electronic Bidet Seat. I was amazed at how easy it was to set up and how comfortable the elongated seat feels. I am blown away by the luxurious features such as a heated toilet seat, temperature control and water pressure control, warm water at the touch of a button, and a blow dryer that has warm air to dry you off. This is definitely the ultimate spa environment. I appreciate the portable remote control that is easy to use as well as the night light making trips to the bathroom easier because you don't have to turn on any lights waking up the whole house. The bidet self-cleans with its antibacterial nozzles and uses UV technology to increase sanitation. Some of the best features include the dual nozzle sprays that clean both the front and rear with pulsating and oscillating streams of warm or cold water (based on your control). You can also change the position of the nozzle so it fits your preferences. I love the sleek modern look of this bidet seat and the soft close lid. I highly recommend this product as it will not disappoint and because it creates a spa-like enjoyable experience every time leaving you exceptionally fresh and clean.  Read Less

Our family is very happy with this bidet from Moen. It's great for kids who are learning to use the bathroom, as well as adults. We have a preschooler who can use this easily, and not waste heaps of toilet paper. For kids learning how to clean themselves independently this is game changer! In general, it helps everyone in our family feel much fresher and cleaner after using the bathroom. This bidet is compact and slim. I really appreciate the sleek, minimalist design. I found that installation was quite simple - I just replaced my existing toilet seat and attached the bidet in its place. Thankfully toilet seat connectors appear to all be standardized. The biggest hassle for me was figuring out how to run the power cord to the nearest 120v AC outlet. I ended up drilling a small hole in our bathroom cabinet and routing the cord to the outlet underneath the cabinet. I like that the remote control is not attached, so I can keep in in a basket on the back of the toilet. I find that this is much less obtrusive, and more hygienic as it's simple to wipe down. This bidet has a few minor downsides: I wish it didn't beep every time you sit down. I'd prefer an option to turn off the tone. I'm tempted to take the bidet apart to disconnect the speaker. Also, the water is drained every time you sit down even if you are not planning on using the bidet. I feel like this ultimately wastes more water than a toilet without a bidet. Overall, this bidet is a big upgrade for our bathroom and we really appreciate the extra cleanliness and toilet paper savings.  Read Less

If you're reading this, go buy the Brondell S101 instead. Seriously, disregard this seat and go search for 'Brondell S101' and come back when you've got it in your cart. I'll wait. Back? Good. I bought both this bidet seat and the Brondell S101 to see which my household liked better. The Brondell arrived before the Moen and took about 20 minutes to install, most of that being me removing the old seat and a Tushy. Worked like a charm. The Moen arrived about 2 hours later and the install on my other identical fixture took about an hour. The tensioner bolts included in the Moen kit did not stay put in my fixture so every time I tried to adjust it I had to really press down on the screwdriver to get the tensioners to bite. But that was a giant waste of time, because even though this is listed as a 'round' toilet seat, the seat itself is much longer than the Brondell. My options were: Install the Moen on my other toilet with the front hanging off by about 2 inches and the bidet housing covering about 1/5 of the back of the bowl (which would be a terrible experience for cleaning, both from splatter and from mashing one's junk on the inner lip of the toilet bowl -- ew) or install it lined up with my toilet bowl and have the lid push back on the tank every time I opened it. That's a huge no-no for me because I don't want the darn tank leaking. This thing is bulky, too long, and a massive pain to install. It also lacks the rubberized stoppers that the Brondell has, which means if you sit on the Brondell it doesn't move but if you sit on the Moen and you didn't tighten down the bolts like some sort of Herculean impact driver, the Moen will scoot to one side when you lean to wipe. Additionally, the Brondell's hookups fit the attachments the Tushy used, so I didn't need to replace the diverter on my first toilet, just the hose. With the Moen, the connectors were twice the size (and didn't fit my wrench set so I had to bust out the adjustable, which I don't like to do because I do NOT want to clonk the porcelain with that thing) and I had to replace the diverter first, which added time to the install. This seat is not worth an extra 20 bucks over the Brondell. It doesn't fit, it has a huge bidet housing for some reason, and it lacks the stability of the other seat. Now, go buy the Brondell and thank me later. Read Less

There are some features that I like and I was intrigued by the possibilities of using less toilet tissue. I installed this on a standard toilet and while it is functional, it really needs to be installed on an enlongated toilet bowl. There’s nothing really wrong with the product. I just don’t think it’s something that my family can get use to using. There are some features that I like and I was intrigued by the possibilities of using less toilet tissue. I installed this on a standard toilet and while it is functional, it really needs to be installed on an enlongated toilet bowl. I didn’t want to purchase a new toilet without knowing for sure if we would continue to use it or get used to it. I feel like the seat surface on this model is to narrow and just not comfortable. I’ve used it a few times and I don’t feel like I could stop using toilet tissue completely. The wife on the other hand hates it. To be completely honest, she does not adapt well to change. She doesn’t like the seat warmer. She said it reminds her of someone sitting on it for too long and it’s just weird. She doesn’t like the look of the bidet. Aesthetically it looks out of place. I did tell her that it would look better if we replaced the toilet. She will not and has not used any of the features, because well like I said she doesn’t do well with change. The only think that she did like is that it has a light and illuminates the bowl. The overall installation was easy. It does require an outlet with in range. I am an electrician so that wasn’t an issue for me.  Read Less
