[Incentivized Review] Seat warmer to the rescue!
The heated seat is something I didn't know i needed until i tried this. I now go to the bathroom that has the bidet almost every time because it's so refreshing. The wand will retract and move but like many bidets, it does not remember where it was the last time you used it so you have to adjust every time. The warm water worked every time i tried it. So far so good after 6 weeks of use!

Installation was easy, and everything needed except the wrench was included. It has a little button on the side that you can press to slide it off for easy cleaning too. The remote is more convenient than a side button panel, too. The beep when you sit is a little annoying, but not a deal breaker for us. The heated seat+heated water is A++. My husband says the heated air is a little too hot, though

I was amazed at how easy it was to set up and how comfortable the elongated seat feels. I am blown away by the luxurious features such as a heated toilet seat, temperature control and water pressure control, warm water at the touch of a button, and a blow dryer that has warm air to dry you off. This is definitely the ultimate spa environment. I appreciate the portable remote control that is easy to use as well as the night light making trips to the bathroom easier because you don't have to turn on any lights waking up the whole house. The bidet self-cleans with its antibacterial nozzles and uses UV technology to increase sanitation. Some of the best features include the dual nozzle sprays that clean both the front and rear with pulsating and oscillating streams of warm or cold water (based on your control). You can also change the position of the nozzle so it fits your preferences. I love the sleek modern look of this bidet seat and the soft close lid. I highly recommend this product as it will not disappoint and because it creates a spa-like enjoyable experience every time leaving you exceptionally fresh and clean.

I had no idea what I was missing until I actually tried this bidet! Seriously, who doesn’t want a warm seat and way too many cleaning options?! I now understand why everyone should have one in each bathroom. Our Master bathroom doesn’t have a plug so I had to put it in the guest bathroom which is fine because my friends end up staying in there a lot longer than normal! Who can blame them?! Go buy one right now and I promise you’ll turn the bathroom into a reading room ;) Totally worth the cost….

A quality seat with only the features I wanted.
This is specifically for the EB800 model: Once you start adding control panels and wireless remotes and blow dryers these things start getting absurdly complicated and don't last. I was happy to find one that was heated water and seat only. The price premium is worth it over vowel-soup amazon brands. The attachment mechanism is the best and most secure I've seen on any toilet seat. My only complaint, is the manual is worthless. I feel like it was put through google translate a few times. It covers multiple models but doesn't actually say that it does. The manual tells you both that it has and does not have a heated seat, and tells you the heat has "4 gears" meaning four settings. Very silly.

Odor omitted by the seat. Maybe the result of the warmth on the plastic.
I love this product except for the odor it omits. I thought it was coming from the toilet itself so replaced the toilet but still the same strange smell. I see the new one comes with a deodorizer and this may be part of the reason for this new upgrade to the product.

There’s nothing really wrong with the product. I just don’t think it’s something that my family can get use to using. There are some features that I like and I was intrigued by the possibilities of using less toilet tissue. I installed this on a standard toilet and while it is functional, it really needs to be installed on an enlongated toilet bowl. There’s nothing really wrong with the product. I just don’t think it’s something that my family can get use to using. There are some features that I like and I was intrigued by the possibilities of using less toilet tissue. I installed this on a standard toilet and while it is functional, it really needs to be installed on an enlongated toilet bowl. I didn’t want to purchase a new toilet without knowing for sure if we would continue to use it or get used to it. I feel like the seat surface on this model is to narrow and just not comfortable. I’ve used it a few times and I don’t feel like I could stop using toilet tissue completely. The wife on the other hand hates it. To be completely honest, she does not adapt well to change. She doesn’t like the seat warmer. She said it reminds her of someone sitting on it for too long and it’s just weird. She doesn’t like the look of the bidet. Aesthetically it looks out of place. I did tell her that it would look better if we replaced the toilet. She will not and has not used any of the features, because well like I said she doesn’t do well with change. The only think that she did like is that it has a light and illuminates the bowl. The overall installation was easy. It does require an outlet with in range. I am an electrician so that wasn’t an issue for me.

Name brand not worth the price!!!!! On the extreme costly side, I thought it had all the bells and whistles I needed until I realized the bidet turns ON AUTOMATICALLY and you must press OFF to make it stop every time you sit on it. WTH??!! It’s the opposite of what bidets are supposed to do. You sit on a warm seat, and if you choose to use it, YOU turn it on. I read thoroughly and could not find the sensor OFF button to turn off the auto-bidet feature. Doesn’t make sense…. Maybe I missed something…. If you don’t mind having your “4th point of contact” splashed in the middle of the night unexpectedly, this seat is for you. Ugh!

There is no user guide. Impossible to troubleshoot any symptom, like, Double flashing red light or seat dose not get heated, why pressure goes up/down? Customer service is useless. Leave a message then someone called after few days. Since it is bidet seat, they have to put me on hold to find someone who can answer.
