Installation was easy, and everything needed except the wrench was included. It has a little button on the side that you can press to slide it off for easy cleaning too. The remote is more convenient than a side button panel, too. The beep when you sit is a little annoying, but not a deal breaker for us. The heated seat+heated water is A++. My husband says the heated air is a little too hot, though

Our family is very happy with this bidet from Moen. It's great for kids who are learning to use the bathroom, as well as adults. Our family is very happy with this bidet from Moen. It's great for kids who are learning to use the bathroom, as well as adults. We have a preschooler who can use this easily, and not waste heaps of toilet paper. For kids learning how to clean themselves independently this is game changer! In general, it helps everyone in our family feel much fresher and cleaner after using the bathroom. This bidet is compact and slim. I really appreciate the sleek, minimalist design. I found that installation was quite simple - I just replaced my existing toilet seat and attached the bidet in its place. Thankfully toilet seat connectors appear to all be standardized. The biggest hassle for me was figuring out how to run the power cord to the nearest 120v AC outlet. I ended up drilling a small hole in our bathroom cabinet and routing the cord to the outlet underneath the cabinet. I like that the remote control is not attached, so I can keep in in a basket on the back of the toilet. I find that this is much less obtrusive, and more hygienic as it's simple to wipe down. This bidet has a few minor downsides: I wish it didn't beep every time you sit down. I'd prefer an option to turn off the tone. I'm tempted to take the bidet apart to disconnect the speaker. Also, the water is drained every time you sit down even if you are not planning on using the bidet. I feel like this ultimately wastes more water than a toilet without a bidet. Overall, this bidet is a big upgrade for our bathroom and we really appreciate the extra cleanliness and toilet paper savings.

Name brand not worth the price!!!!! On the extreme costly side, I thought it had all the bells and whistles I needed until I realized the bidet turns ON AUTOMATICALLY and you must press OFF to make it stop every time you sit on it. WTH??!! It’s the opposite of what bidets are supposed to do. You sit on a warm seat, and if you choose to use it, YOU turn it on. I read thoroughly and could not find the sensor OFF button to turn off the auto-bidet feature. Doesn’t make sense…. Maybe I missed something…. If you don’t mind having your “4th point of contact” splashed in the middle of the night unexpectedly, this seat is for you. Ugh!
