Installation was easy, and everything needed except the wrench was included. It has a little button on the side that you can press to slide it off for easy cleaning too. The remote is more convenient than a side button panel, too. The beep when you sit is a little annoying, but not a deal breaker for us. The heated seat+heated water is A++. My husband says the heated air is a little too hot, though

[Incentivized Review] No More Toilet Paper Shortages
Install was very easy and works great. This is my first "fancy" toilet seat and thus far I am enjoying it. It didn't take long to install the seat and start using it. The remote makes controlling all the various features very easy. Overall very happy with the seat and I will spare you from any pictures of it in action.

I am truly impressed with the overall quality, design, durability, and functionality of this 5-Series Electronic Bidet Seat. I was amazed at how easy it was to set up and how comfortable the elongated seat feels. I am blown away by the luxurious features such as a heated toilet seat, temperature control and water pressure control, warm water at the touch of a button, and a blow dryer that has warm air to dry you off. This is definitely the ultimate spa environment. I appreciate the portable remote control that is easy to use as well as the night light making trips to the bathroom easier because you don't have to turn on any lights waking up the whole house. The bidet self-cleans with its antibacterial nozzles and uses UV technology to increase sanitation. Some of the best features include the dual nozzle sprays that clean both the front and rear with pulsating and oscillating streams of warm or cold water (based on your control). You can also change the position of the nozzle so it fits your preferences. I love the sleek modern look of this bidet seat and the soft close lid. I highly recommend this product as it will not disappoint and because it creates a spa-like enjoyable experience every time leaving you exceptionally fresh and clean.

I had a previous Bidet Seat by another company after only a few weeks of use the underside of the Seat broke. The quality of this Seat is so far superior, I am so pleased with both the quality and features. The controls being on a separate remote make it so easy to see your temperature and spray selections. The remote is easy to understand and use. The spray is gentle yet powerful enough to give you a nice refreshing clean. I love the temperature ranges making it comfortable for all ages. An amazing superior product to others I have tried.

Our family is very happy with this bidet from Moen. It's great for kids who are learning to use the bathroom, as well as adults. We have a preschooler who can use this easily, and not waste heaps of toilet paper. For kids learning how to clean themselves independently this is game changer! In general, it helps everyone in our family feel much fresher and cleaner after using the bathroom. This bidet is compact and slim. I really appreciate the sleek, minimalist design. I found that installation was quite simple - I just replaced my existing toilet seat and attached the bidet in its place. Thankfully toilet seat connectors appear to all be standardized. The biggest hassle for me was figuring out how to run the power cord to the nearest 120v AC outlet. I ended up drilling a small hole in our bathroom cabinet and routing the cord to the outlet underneath the cabinet. I like that the remote control is not attached, so I can keep in in a basket on the back of the toilet. I find that this is much less obtrusive, and more hygienic as it's simple to wipe down. This bidet has a few minor downsides: I wish it didn't beep every time you sit down. I'd prefer an option to turn off the tone. I'm tempted to take the bidet apart to disconnect the speaker. Also, the water is drained every time you sit down even if you are not planning on using the bidet. I feel like this ultimately wastes more water than a toilet without a bidet. Overall, this bidet is a big upgrade for our bathroom and we really appreciate the extra cleanliness and toilet paper savings.

A quality seat with only the features I wanted.
This is specifically for the EB800 model: Once you start adding control panels and wireless remotes and blow dryers these things start getting absurdly complicated and don't last. I was happy to find one that was heated water and seat only. The price premium is worth it over vowel-soup amazon brands. The attachment mechanism is the best and most secure I've seen on any toilet seat. My only complaint, is the manual is worthless. I feel like it was put through google translate a few times. It covers multiple models but doesn't actually say that it does. The manual tells you both that it has and does not have a heated seat, and tells you the heat has "4 gears" meaning four settings. Very silly.

Good features, not great.
Just there right strength for my tastes. Control panel (wall mount) has excellent layout with but a strange wall bracket w/magnets. Likely perfect for caregivers. I don’t ever need to hold the remote so I would prefer a more permanent mount. Water is very briefly cold when it starts. It is short but (😊) still surprising. Seems to leave more of my backside wet than my Toto. That wouldn’t be an issue with a unit that also had a drying so higher level models should be better. Your mileage may vary.
