I selected Moen’s 2-Series Non-Electronic Elongated Bidet Seat because it doesn’t require an electrical source. It doesn’t have all the bells & whistles that the other Series have such as heated seat, water temperature control, lights…but if you’re just looking for a good bidet seat that doesn’t necessitate you hiring an electrician for an outlet install, then this is the one for you! It doesn’t have all the bells & whistles that the other Series have such as heated seat, water temperature control, lights…but if you’re just looking for a good bidet seat that doesn’t necessitate you hiring an electrician for an outlet install, then this is the one for you! We had to use method 2 from the instruction booklet because the shut off valve wasn’t the same size as the T-adapter that was provided. Adjusting the center of the seat to the toilet is a bit of a trial and error game until you get it right. We would need to buy additional parts in order to make the install look a bit cleaner (eg. shorter hose) or in order to adapt it to a different toilet. All in all, the instructions provided were helpful and it functions great, but cleaning it over time will be a big test. I’m a fan of this seat and absolutely recommend it!!

A quality seat with only the features I wanted.
This is specifically for the EB800 model: Once you start adding control panels and wireless remotes and blow dryers these things start getting absurdly complicated and don't last. I was happy to find one that was heated water and seat only. The price premium is worth it over vowel-soup amazon brands. The attachment mechanism is the best and most secure I've seen on any toilet seat. My only complaint, is the manual is worthless. I feel like it was put through google translate a few times. It covers multiple models but doesn't actually say that it does. The manual tells you both that it has and does not have a heated seat, and tells you the heat has "4 gears" meaning four settings. Very silly.

Good features, not great.
Just there right strength for my tastes. Control panel (wall mount) has excellent layout with but a strange wall bracket w/magnets. Likely perfect for caregivers. I don’t ever need to hold the remote so I would prefer a more permanent mount. Water is very briefly cold when it starts. It is short but (😊) still surprising. Seems to leave more of my backside wet than my Toto. That wouldn’t be an issue with a unit that also had a drying so higher level models should be better. Your mileage may vary.
