The Moen 2-Series Non-Electronic Bidet Seat has potential but notable shortcomings. Its dual nozzles provide front and rear cleansing, though effectiveness can be inconsistent, leading to user dissatisfaction. While adjustable water pressure is a useful feature, it is often hard to manage. The soft-close lid frequently malfunctions, causing noise, and installation can be complicated. Although the self-cleaning nozzles are beneficial, they don't ensure complete hygiene. Concerns about durability remain despite Moen’s limited lifetime warranty. Positioned as an affordable alternative to toilet paper, the bidet's overall value is questionable. While the Moen 2-Series aims to offer comfort and practicality, it struggles to meet user expectations for an effective bidet experience.

[Incentivized Review] Love it
Got this a couple weeks ago and I love it. The fit is great. The seat is comfortable and the bidet is so easy to use some have too many features but this one is just right. Leaves me feeling fresh and clean
I have had my bidet installed a week ago the water hose application is not working properly any longer as when it was used the first few days. Also the seat also moves around out of position. FYI I am a smallmedium size women of -125 lbs. I am also very careful with my home products. I was hoping to EXCHANGE this DEFECTIVE ITEM for ANOTHER ONE. FYI I purchased six months ago or less another bidet (elongated), for another home of mine in Daly City Kohler works fine.

Summary
The Moen 2-series Non-electronic Bidet Seat falls short in several critical areas. Many users report inadequate washing capabilities and poorly adjustable water pressure, leading to discomfort. Despite its soft-close lid, some find it can become a nuisance. The self-cleaning nozzles often fail to meet hygiene expectations, creating more maintenance concerns. Installation is marketed as easy, yet users frequently experience complications. While it claims ADA compliance, accessibility can remain challenging. Although backed by a limited lifetime warranty, users question its overall value due to these persistent issues. Ultimately, while the bidet aims to improve personal hygiene and reduce toilet paper use, many may find it lacking in comfort and practicality.
