It’s worth the purchase…
First the negatives: •The delivery of this product took about two weeks. Without my knowledge the currier was changed a couple of times and so was the delivery date. I’ve received multiple notifications in which I was told that I’ve requested change of addressed and currier (which I DID NOT DO!) and that if I wished I could cancel my purchase at any time. First the negatives: •The delivery of this product took about two weeks. Without my knowledge the currier was changed a couple of times and so was the delivery date. I’ve received multiple notifications in which I was told that I’ve requested change of addressed and currier (which I DID NOT DO!) and that if I wished I could cancel my purchase at any time. I also placed a phone call to the number provided for customer service to complain about it. I never cancelled and the USPS delivered whenever they felt like it. •After using the bottle you have to be careful when you want to refill it, since some water stays deposited on the rim of the cap and droplets can get on you. Now, on to the positives. •This bottle is very practical and serves it purpose. •Is soft enough to maneuver with comfort. •Holds enough water to get the job done efficiently. I totally recommend it. I’m considering buying another one (but, thinking about what happened with the delivery makes me hold back).

Overall pleased with the product and it's been helpful. I also really like the bag it came with. I don't think it's mentioned in the product description - unless I missed it - but was happy to see it included as it makes it nicer for storage.

Some people don't read directions and it shows...
First, to address the often mentioned "leakage" problem: READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! It's not meant to hold and store water lol. You fill it before you go, you go, then you use up all the water. Do NOT fill it and throw it in a bag to "be prepared" lol. Also, be sure to monitor your water temperature CAREFULLY when filling. I made the mistake of simply turning on the hot water, waiting for it to start warming up, then filling the bottle. Big mistake... There's no off switch once this thing gets start...

There's no off switch once this thing gets started, you're in for the long haul. Your only two flow options are gentle stream or squeeze n pressure wash. That was a panicked few seconds there where I figured out how to turn the thing so it was melting the side of the bowl and not the inside of my... well, you finish the rhyme... Anyways, TL:DR summary: the thing is AWESOME! Works as advertised just RTFM and be careful of your water temp. COOL TO LUKEWARM... Learn from my idiocy ;')
