Immediate game changer
Buy it. It’s easy to clean, easy to install. Looks good enough in my tiny bathroom. Cord is long enough to do other things with it and long enough to swing/store bidet to either side of the toilet It’s slightly messy but certainly worth the clean tush. Ladies it’s easy to use for the front or the back. Good price for the product. Good warranty. It is a little cold but not unbearable at all (and I don’t like cold!). The pressure control takes a little getting used to but becomes intuitive after a few uses. Doesn’t take very long it get a good thorough clean with it. Sometimes I use it to quickly spray down my tub. Buy it.

Easy to install and works very well
This works so well as a diaper sprayer and as a bidet (and if you use a menstrual cup, it's easy peasy to get yourself clean). It's very versatile as you can really get the perfect pressure needed with the lever. I would highly recommend. My only complaint is that the shipping cost to buy the full package that includes the spraymate (to Canada) was absolutely ridiculous. Hence my DIY spraymate bucket for the diapers. Not ideal, but better then paying and extra $90 for a plastic spray bucket. All in all, this item is great! If you cloth diaper, this item is perfect.

It was supposed to have a small defect
It was supposed to have a minor defect. However, the package came very well-packed. I did not find any visible defects. Except for one few millimeters scratch on the handle, which is invisible and will not affect the performance. Very impressed. We will see how it will work in time. I hope it lasts me a long time. I would buy a second one for my second bathroom from this seller. One more thing, the manufacturer should offer a shorter hose. The provided is too long, and therefore lays on the floor, which does not look good. Other than that, all is well so far after the installation.
