Our children have gotten to the point where they refuse to use the other toilet that doesn't have a bidet so we decided to pick this one up. Our children have gotten to the point where they refuse to use the other toilet that doesn't have a bidet so we decided to pick this one up. The pictures are deceiving and no where in the product description does it say that it only works on one specific toilet bowl model. We got this on October 23, 2020 and weren't able to install it since we needed to get some remodeling done to get power outlet near the toilet. After getting the remodel done so that we could install this bidet we found that this doesn't work on just any toilet but specifically only works with one specific toilet, the Advance Clean 100 Bowl Model Number (3970A101-291). They should have clearly stated this in the description. As I'm writing my review, I see that the manufacturer added this information in response to a question in asked by someone on October 24, 2020 a day after we picked this up but this information should be prominently displayed on the product description. As of today Jan 29, 2021, the fact that this only works on a single specific model is not stated anywhere in the product description. The pictures for this product are very deceiving. We have another unit that will work with most toilets by a different brand that has the exact same appearance as the product picture. However when we finally opened this box after our bathroom was remodeled, the toilet seat that came out of the box isn't like the picture and instead there is a HUGE grey part sticking out the back which with one look we knew it wouldn't fit. We went back to try to figure out if we misread something in the product description but we didn't, the information that this works with one specific toilet is not in the description. Upset doesn't even begin to describe how I'm feeling after remodeling our bathroom to have power near the toilet for a bidet that doesn't fit. The manufacturer needs to clearly and unambiguously add this very important fact that it works with only one specific toilet to save others from making the same mistake we did.
