THE EXTENSION WORK GOOD AT FIRST BUT I'M NOT HAVING VERY GOOD LUCK WITH MINES THE FIRST ONE BROKE WITHING WEEKS OF USING IT AND THEY SEND ME A REPLACEMENT WICH WORK GREAT FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AND IT BROKE AGAIN IN THE SAME PLACE WHERE THE BLACK SEAL RING GOES THEY NEED TO MAKE IT THICKER THERE.

Well-designed and reliable. I've had this bidet sprayer for several years and it still works well. The little plastic bracket that attaches the sprayer to the tank cracked after three years of use. They replaced it when I called. Leave a message if they aren't available to answer right away. They will call back.
