It leaks, and they don't honor their warranty.
ABHQP manufactures a faulty product, does not honor their warranty, and has lousy customer service. I installed one of these units in my powder room in 2019 and was very satisfied with it--until it began to leak from the body of the unit. All the fittings were tight, but the unit leaked from the seam between top and bottom. The leak was slow, and intermittent: It would leak for a while, and then stop, and then start up again, just a few drops at a time, but it would get the fl...
ABHQP manufactures a faulty product, does not honor their warranty, and has lousy customer service. I installed one of these units in my powder room in 2019 and was very satisfied with it--until it began to leak from the body of the unit. All the fittings were tight, but the unit leaked from the seam between top and bottom. The leak was slow, and intermittent: It would leak for a while, and then stop, and then start up again, just a few drops at a time, but it would get the floor wet unless I stationed a container beneath it. Because I had purchased the unit many months before I installed it, and because it took a year or more for it to begin leaking, I assumed the warranty had lapsed and in any event I was hoping it was just a faulty individual unit rather than a design flaw. So last year I purchased an identical unit and installed that, and this year it began leaking in the same way. This time I checked the warranty, saw that it was good for two years, and contacted the company by email for a replacement unit. In reply, I received a barely intelligible message seeming to ask me for video evidence, which I duly provided. After six weeks, I have received no response, even after contacting the company twice more about this issue.
Doesn’t allow seat to lay flat
Does not fit toilet seats properly. The seat will never lay down flat again. Went to install it after a bathroom remodel and my return date ended 2 days ago.
I wouldn't purchase this product made from this particular manufacturer. The pieces seem cheap.
This was pretty easy to install. However, within a few weeks, one of the plastic screws cracked and the seat slips sideways. Seems cheaply made material.
