Doesn’t allow seat to lay flat
Does not fit toilet seats properly. The seat will never lay down flat again. Went to install it after a bathroom remodel and my return date ended 2 days ago.

Wrong size fitting
There was something wrong with the 'cold' water fitting that came with this. It would not fit on any 1/2" NPT fitting in my house or at the local hardware store. Wondering if maybe I received a European fitting instead. I have this same model that I bought years ago for a different bathroom that still works.... It was very frustrating not being able to make it work. I managed to connect the hot water supply and the bidet functioned well with just that. I wish they would also ship a "plug" for those of us that are running a water supply just for the bidet. The fittings use odd sizes so find a plug that will fit is very difficult.
