Questionable quality - Do not order
I normally do not write reviews until i have installed and used a product for a period of time. I purchased this product on October 8 and installed it a week later, around October 15, 2023. I am writing this review on January 15, 2024; Only 3 months of use. Sad to say I am highly disappointed with this purchase. After only 3 months, the product is already leaking and not just a little. Sad to say I am highly disappointed with this purchase. After only 3 months, the product is already leaking and not just a little. I have to empty the cup in the picture twice a day. Picture 2 shows that the leak is at the juncture of the knob/switch, not at a location that I can fix. I am very disappointed with the quality of this product. I bought this product as a replacement for a similar bidet that I had for 6 years, only replacing it because the plastic broke after 6 years. I was very satisfied with the previous bidet. I should have purchased from the same company as the previous bidet, however, I wanted to give this company an opportunity. I went to their website for product support; however they website clearly states: Refund policy Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This is copied directly from their support website. Unfortunately, I am SOL. I highly suggest staying clear of this product. DO NOT PURCHASE. There are other bidets available for purchase in Amazon, I suggest you try them before this one.

Fast and furious
The spay is fast and furious. You have to move around on the toilet to get all the right bottom parts which is annoying. I can't get it to spray on my hoohaa unless I bend over and almost touch the floor. Pretty much have to be a bit limber. I mean I do have a larger diaryaire so that could be why. I do like it except if you move the wrong way you get a little surprise for the brown eye opening. Getting the water sprayed inside just not a comfortable thing. But I guess it does the job. I had carpal tunnel surgery and couldn't use my right hand and apparently my left hand doesn't like to reach far enough to clean the important back spots. So that's my review. Easy to use, fast and furious spay power.
