We are on a well so remarkably cold!

Daughter in law has one and loves it so figured I would give it a try. Took five to put together and about ten to install. Hardest part was threading plastic to metal without cross threading but that turned out fine and was easy. You may need a wrench so you don't find yourself standing on your head but hand tightening should work fine, and did.. we are just older and needed an assist. I was very surprised at how it worked as this is the first time I have really used one. I love the idea of rinsing off and keeping things tidy so figured it would be something fun to try. It is very powerful and thankfully you can adjust the pressure. You have a front area wash and a rear - spin one way or the other and you can increase the pressure with a simple twist. The highest setting is a bit intense but we have a high pressure system since we are on a well. One thing I did not consider was how dang cold the well water is. The water in the pipes warm a bit but it can get quite chilling quite fast. A public water source would maintain a much warmer temperature. This is no fault of this product but something to consider if you are on a well cause it can be "refreshing" for sure when fiftyish degree water hits your tenders. Does a great job and I like it.. may not be a great thing if you have kids cause if you don't have a bum covering the seat well the water will spray out onto the floor. I can see how fun it would be for a little to play with. We had it on when we installed it and gave the floor a good soaking until we turned it off. It is kinda fun.. a novelty and I think in time we will master position and get used to the briskness of our water.
