Failure, flooded bathroom
After about 2 months, control knob started leaking without any mis use. Flooded second floor bathroom. At least was home the evening it happened so didn’t destroy cabinets and ceiling below
Compact, easy to install
Well first, this bidet attachment was purchased to replace a similar existing one which the nozzles stayed in down position (not retracting) within a year of use. BigCow is more sleek and has less switches to deal with than the previous one which has a rectangle box with 5 switches (one for "nozzles flush" and turn off) and one round dial to control water pressure. Before installation checked BigCow nozzles, they has a good spring back action. The installation is very straight forward and easy (is you have handyman skills and tools). After about two weeks, is working fine, happy with purchase!
Effortlessly install
This item came with an instruction manual but it wasn’t even necessary to follow the instructions, very easy to install and it only took me less than10 minutes. Very pleased with the product.
