The parcel arrived within a week and only took me about 30 minutes to fully install the device. I've always avoided plumbing issues in the home as they are quite intimidating and, if done wrong, can have large repercusssions, but the instructions were clear. They provided a full diagram AND an online video tutorial. Following along was an absolute walk in the park for me. All functions and parts are as expected and the only thing I'd improve is the pressure sensitivity on the dials. I got quite a shock the first time! Anybody and everybody that poops should experience the wonders that a bidet provides. The bathroom has tranformed to provide more peace of mind and has me leaving with a fresh bottom every time!
