The Plastic Breaks
Customer service was great. After a couple months of use the plastic housing cracked and Boss Bidet sent a replacement per their warranty. Now a year or two later, the second housing has cracked. It's made of cheap plastic and will not hold up. I am a 145lbs person with a 60lbs child.

I excitedly purchased this bidet when I returned from overseas where using a bidet became an every day norm and is now a necessity. The parcel arrived within a week and only took me about 30 minutes to fully install the device. I've always avoided plumbing issues in the home as they are quite intimidating and, if done wrong, can have large repercusssions, but the instructions were clear. They provided a full diagram AND an online video tutorial. Following along was an absolute walk in the park for me. All functions and parts are as expected and the only thing I'd improve is the pressure sensitivity on the dials. I got quite a shock the first time! Anybody and everybody that poops should experience the wonders that a bidet provides. The bathroom has tranformed to provide more peace of mind and has me leaving with a fresh bottom every time!
After a month shut off stopped working, creating a constant leak.
The boss bidet was easy to install but within a couple months it stated dripping and would not shut off properly. It is now leaking steadily and we will likely be uninstalling soon out of fear the valve could fail more and it could begin spraying out of the toilet. It is a shame it didn’t last more than a few months.
my life is better
this has changed my life no more do i wake up in the morning go to the bathroom finish my duty just to realize OH NO i need to restock the toilet paper ... but oh wait its 7am and im stuck on the can and my options are limited... alas no more of this lifestyle now no longer fear my own short term memory and also the mental stress of knowing these situations always occur when you least expect them cuz i my friends have a fresh strong stream of clean water washing my nether regen and i promise you this boys nothing and i mean NOTHING should stop you from buying this product you are worth it
