Doesn’t fit all toilets
Possibly a Canadian issue. Be sure to check your water line before buying. My toilets have a stiff, non bendable plastic pipe. That means when you attach the T adaptor to the toilet tank it makes the connection about an inch and a half too long. The plastic pipe can not bend to accommodate the extra length. I would have to take apart my water line and install a flexible piece of hose instead. I am just returning the product instead. I wish it would have worked because it fit the toilet seat just fine no other installation problems.

I first purchased this product in 2020 when the pandemic hit and shutdown everything. And toilet paper was barely available anywhere. The installation by my relative, took about 15 minutes. Now, after many uses I needed to replace it. I don't know if it generally needs to be replaced after 3 years but mine did. The part under the toilet seat had cracked under heavy usage and the hose started to leak. Yes, I still like the product and it got lots of use so to me it stands to reason that it would need to be, at some point, replaced. It is not an expensive bidet and for me it has the features that I need. Not having a hot water attachment is not important to me. I just need the basics and this product fit my needs.
