Hard to install
Product is not so useable with small toilet and i have to say that it’s very hard to install by myself it took 2 hours. I was about to call the plumber.

This is the worst bidet attachment I've ever used! If I didn't get sick & wasn't in so much pain with severe stomach problems I would've returned it but I missed the deadline because of my health problems. This thing will legit hurt you and comes darn close to adding another hole to your bum! I'm all about high pressure but they shouldn't even be allowed to sell this, I was in pain for a good week after using this. Even on the lowest setting it is far too strong. I only purchased this one because I could get it the same day while I was waiting for my BioBidet to be delivered & figured I'd throw this one in the spare bathroom once I received my BioBidet but this thing is going in the trash. Save your bum and do not buy this. BioBidet sells one of these also if your looking for something inexpensive but again I was looking to get something delivered the same day. If you can afford it then I highly recommend getting a bidet seat with all the features like a heated seat, woman wash, child wash, turbo wash, which all of them oscillate & the night light is perfect as you don't have to have a bright light in your eyes in the middle of the night. I got the Slim 2 which is excellent but I do wish I spent the money and got one with a deodorizer as I've been told they work well. I have to wait a good ten minutes after certain others use the bathroom if you know what I mean lol. Also don't get caught up in the dryer features on them as even with the most expensive bidet seat, you'll be waiting close to ten minutes to dry vs 2 seconds by using a towel to dry yourself. Long story short, sorry, unless you want another hole bore into your bum then stay away from this bidet attachment. Oh one last thing if you do buy a bio bidet seat or toilet then make sure you buy it from an authorized seller which Amazon is one of them as long as it says sold by Amazon and then go on to biobidets website, type extended warranty in the search click on that and for $99 you can have a 6 year full warranty, not limited, it's a full one & it is well worth it as none of the other companies offer that.
