Works but not universal
Definitely not universal so you can install squared. The bolt slows aren’t long enough to push it back farther because it hits the sprayer… I have a basic toilet and it works but not square Why? Cause the nozzle spray hits the inside
Hard to install
Product is not so useable with small toilet and i have to say that it’s very hard to install by myself it took 2 hours. I was about to call the plumber.
Must have for INDIAN families, been using it for 8 years. Gr8 quality
Haven't seen a better product. Very sturdy, and practical. Doesn't come with cheap parts that break after a while. I have been using for 8 years, total 6 units purchased so far, working well.
Broken easily
I got two bidets Both Knobs are broken I don’t recommend I am trying to find new knob I can’t find
