[Incentivized Review] Luxe Bidet Neo 320 is fantastic.

I received two Luxe Neo Bidets to review, one is a model 120 which I have reviewed and submitted my review and the other is a model 320. This review is on the model 320. I received two Luxe Neo Bidets to review, one is a model 120 which I have reviewed and submitted my review and the other is a model 320. This review is on the model 320. First let me say both are great and I am sure most will love which ever they choose. I installed the 320 in the guest bath which is the bath my Wife, Daughter and granddaughters use. It was easy to install and came with everything that should be needed to install including easy to understand instructions, a backflow prevention valve, braided stainless steel hose, a metal T-adapter with shut off valve and a plastic T-adapter without shut off valve for cold water and you choose which one you prefer. Also comes with 16 feet of 1/4 polyurethane hose and a metal T-adapter with shut off valve for hot water. The 320 is a little more work than the 120 due to having to run a hot water hose to the toilet but still easy enough for the reward. After installing the Bidet I noticed the front of the toilet seat was about 1/4 inch lower in the front but was not enough for concern to me. The bidet is a big hit with all who use it and seems to be a bigger hit to the women who use it due to the model 320 having the women's function which cleans the rear and also cleans the front as well. To use the women's function the control must be turned to women. The top knob controls the water pressure by pulling the front of the knob up to the desired pressure and turn left or right for the desired temperature. The back knob has Women for front cleaning, Wash for rear cleaning and nozzle cleaning which shoots a burst of water through to nozzle and into the bottom of toilet (straight down). The only thing my wife does not like is during cold weather it takes a while for warm water to reach the nozzle which was very funny to me until she figured out how to get around that. (turn rear knob to woman and pull front knob up easily to minimum pressure until water is warm then increase pressure until desired pressure is reached).I would recommend this to anyone and I see benefits to everyone. Especially (those with restricted movements such as the elderly or oversized, those with hemorrhoids and women during menstrual cycle

Perfect Except Screws Not Long Enough For Glacier Bay

VERY well designed! Easy to install and use, a good value. Only one thing that wasn't as good as I'd have hoped. You assume that the screws attaching the existing toilet seat to the toilet are long enough that one could insert the bidet and screw it back on. That doesn't work. My toilet/seat are Glacier Bay. They came from Home Depot which sells a lot of toilets. So I'm not alone. The only way I could install the bidet was to leave out the circular washer inserts that could have provided a so...
VERY well designed! Easy to install and use, a good value. Only one thing that wasn't as good as I'd have hoped. You assume that the screws attaching the existing toilet seat to the toilet are long enough that one could insert the bidet and screw it back on. That doesn't work. My toilet/seat are Glacier Bay. They came from Home Depot which sells a lot of toilets. So I'm not alone. The only way I could install the bidet was to leave out the circular washer inserts that could have provided a solid intact centered installation. So I'm left with a bit of a wobbly install that requires occasional realignment to keep it centered. The fix (which I may make) would be to use toilet seat screws that are long enough to include the addition of a luxe bidet. It would not be cost effective for you to include longer screws "just in case. " But it wouldn't be a bad idea for your support people to be ready to send customers like me with Glacier Bay or some other brand that need longer screws to send them. Even if it's an additional charge. Because the root cause is simple to see. You say: 1) Remove toilet seat 2) Insert Luxe bidet 3) Replace toilet seat This DOES NOT work with Glacier Bay. The screws aren't long enough to insert the Luxe bidet. That's an assumption you made which is not correct. I'd still recommend the product though, you did a great job designing it! Thanks, Bart
