Looks better than Brondell, but has cheap supply line, which is different then the images
I have both, a Brondell brand, and this Delta one. In terms of quality, they are quite similar. Delta appears to be not too while, so it blends better with the color of my toilets. It is also more discrete, without the logo at the top, which is a good thing. The main thing that I dislike about this product, is that the provided supply line connector looks cheap and different from the pictures. The L shape end, which connects to the seat, has a cheap white plastic nut, while the other end, which connects to the T adapter, is metal. I had to flip the ends so it looks nicer in the exposed part, however the connection is now straight, which is less discrete, and more susceptible to breaking.
Mounting bracket not universal
I previously had a Brandell bidet seat and I was able to install it in less than 10 minutes. I decided to try the delta this time. The mounting bracket was terrible and definitely not a universal fit and I had issues with my toto toilet. Instructions were pictures only, which is annoying. The bracket didn't line up over the holes, but I was able to get it to work, barely. The plastic inserts for the hole was too long so when you try to tighten from underneath it pushes the insert back up I deci...

The mounting bracket was terrible and definitely not a universal fit and I had issues with my toto toilet. Instructions were pictures only, which is annoying. The bracket didn't line up over the holes, but I was able to get it to work, barely. The plastic inserts for the hole was too long so when you try to tighten from underneath it pushes the insert back up I decided to ditch the inserts , but because the locking nut is so small, a metal washer is required to tighten the bracket, which they do not provide. It's been 30 minutes now and I'm a handyman. I installed the adapter to split the water line, but when I installed the main water line connector it wouldn't go on straight and eventually leaked. At this point I gave up and put the old seat back on and reconnected the water line in 10 minutes with no leaks.
Mounting Bracket Anchors Do Not Work
I could not get the mounting bracket tight enough to the toilet to keep it from moving. The way the mounting bracket attaches to the toilet is like a drywall anchor. The issue is that once the wings of the anchor start spreading out they don't actually keep the anchor from moving. As you keep tightening the bolt the plastic anchor starts to lift out of the hole in the toilet. Even if you think you got the mounting plate tight enough it shifts when you go to put the seat on.
Good Product, Incomplete Instructions
This product is high quality, installs fairly easily, works great. However, the pictured instructions were incomplete in that they don't tell you how to remove the seat from the connecting platform when you want to adjust its location. You could easily damage it, and it would not be covered by warranty, by muscling it off. They don't tell you about the release button on the left hand side of the seat. Written Instructions would have helped. A video would have really helped. I had to find a video of a competing product to discover that there is a release button.
