Don't order "used like new" in case you need help from Toto
Don't order the used like new. Toilet seat lid came broken. Amazon also sent me a remote with missing buttons for lid open and close on the top of the remote. I have a blank plate there instead. My plumber had come so I got it installed thinking Toto would send a replacement part. Toto refused any help with reordering parts as it was not a new sale.

High quality addition and improvement to existing toilets
Excellent quality, installs pretty easily but you have to have a wall socket near toilet to plug in. Once you have one, everywhere you go to use a restroom seems to be lacking in appeal. You really miss it when you are not home. We have 3 so far, originally installed due to physical injury making use of toilet difficult. This solved the problem. Our model automatically raises the seat and lid when you approach it, then closes them when you leave the room. Nice warm seat and lots of settings available on the wall mounted remote. Easy to use and reasonable good at self cleaning.
