The Brondell Swish Bidet is a game changer! Installation was easy, the features are great especially for the price. This model has all the features of some seats that are double the price. The only problem I had with installation is that I didn't follow the instructions when it came time to attach the water hose to the seat. Be sure to connect the hose first before putting the seat onto the bowl. Otherwise it will be impossible to tighten the nut once it's attached. I'm very pleased with this bidet, it's in my dad's bathroom and he loves it! The only feature it doesn't have is the dryer and it's okay because our 2nd bidet has one and it is never replaced used anyway.
So-so
Installation was easy, but the seat itself is too thick, causing the overall toilet height to be too high. Also, the appearance of the unit is more “medical device” than “luxury bathroom.” Finally, the bidet takes quite along time to start when using it. There is an awful lot of preparatory whirring prior to actually starting to spray water. I’m a little disappointed, as I thought this would be more comfortable and more pleasant to use. I will probably try to replace it with a thinner, simpler model, like the kind I have on the other toilets in our house.
It was missing the gasket for water supply and leaked everywhere. Got it for my wife because we were having a baby. Got back from the hospital and water was everywhere. Bad surprise to come home go to with newborn. Called customer service and they said they could have a replacement out to me in 3 weeks and wanted me to return the old one. I got it for my wife to help recover after childbirth so that timeframe was ridiculous. Poor quality control from brand and poor customer service from Home Depot (which is unlike them).
I bought this Swash BL67
I bought this Swash BL67 to replace a Swash 900 that I had bought 4 years ago and whose remote stopped working. For some 6 months I used the seat commands but,at the end, the S900 started leaking and the nozzle did not get out at all anymore. I bought this S BL67 because the commands are manual and less prone to malfunctions. The installation was super easy as the T junction was already in place. This S BL67 works great for the time being though it is a little noisy when washing.
