Installation Notes
All of our bidets should only be installed by licensed plumbers. On electric models where there is not an outlet, then a licensed electrician should be used to install one. We recommend a dedicated 15 or 20amp GFI circuit be used, and local codes followed. Periodic maintenance and inspection of the unit is required. Optional bidet water filters must be replaced every 6 months. Hoses and all connections should be checked frequently. These units must be protected from freezing and if not used for extended periods, it should be disconnected. Please contact us with any specific questions you may have.

I searched and searched for bidet toilet seats until I came across this one. I love the look and feel of it and it has all of the features that I was seeking and the price was the best I could find on the internet. I am having it installed in two days. I will provide an updated review once it's actually in use.. UPDATE: I love this bidet. It fit my toilet perfectly and it was a breeze to install. I wasn't sure where to install the remote and he suggested that we put it right over the toilet paper holder. I initially wanted it more out of sight, but over the toilet paper holder was perfect because it put it right in reach. I'm glad I went with his idea. In terms of the bidet, it's great to use. There are many features that I couldn't really appreciate until I put them to use. I don't know why it took me so long to get one of these gems. Update: I STILL LOVE IT.
Unit arrived quickly and was packed well. Installation takes less than five minutes. The only downside is that control panel is quite large. It removes easily from the bracket though to make it handheld.
Excellent option
I have had mine 2 years now and still going strong. The remote panel is very easy to use - definitely would recommend.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. It worked right out of the box, but after about a week went from working sometimes to hardly ever. It is nice and warm to sit on.
