Best bang for the buck.
I did a lot of research and felt this bidet gave the most "bang" for the buck. Yes there are much cheaper options but this one check all my boxes. You will be amazed at how well it works. I like being able to sit on a fully enclosed lid. Some bidets are too flimsy for this. I love the night light. Instant hot water was a must. I did a lot of research and felt this bidet gave the most "bang" for the buck. Yes there are much cheaper options but this one check all my boxes. You will be amazed at how well it works. I like being able to sit on a fully enclosed lid. Some bidets are too flimsy for this. I love the night light. Instant hot water was a must. I needed to get an electrician to put an outlet near the base. Installation was pretty straight forward and there is a video online for this exact model. This model also has 2 types of sterilization so I don't have to worry about it not being safe. It has all kinds of options on the remote. I set the water temp and water pressure. The heated seat and heated dryer can also be set with the remote but those functions are not as important to my personally. The only minor negative I found was that when power went out, all the remote settings all went back to the default, kind of like disconnecting your car battery and losing your radio settings. Fortunately that happens infrequently. This unit is currently on my downstairs toilet and I plan on having a duplicate of this one on my upstairs toilet soon.
Not as expected
I switched from a Swash 1000. I find that the spray pressure is very weak. Cannot adjust spray pattern. Posterior wash is too far forward even with nozzle position all the way back. I have to adjust sitting position for proper targeting. The oscillation is barely noticeable. The air dryer is a joke. Not what I was expecting based on reviews. I would return it I could. I can see myself going back to the Swash.

The old way is crude and gross. This device, the NOVA is an aftermarket accessory. As such, it might be expected to have some compatibility problems. It does. PROBLEMS: I had a “round” toilet so I ordered a “round” seat. The unit is adjustable front to rear but its rearward movement is limited by the tank and there is a nozzle underneath which could come up against the rear of the bowl. With the seat fully adjusted as far rearward as possible, limited by the tank, the inside edge of the ring seat was about an inch and a half forward of the front of the bowl. This left a “shelf” where, if I peed while sitting, it directed the pee under the ring and onto the floor! I decided that the “round” seat was too short for the “round” bowl so I bought a new “elongated” toilet ($400). The elongated bowl was better but there was still about an inch or less of the bowl showing in front of the inside edge of the ring seat. The seat has a “dam” which extends down toward the bowl but stops about a quarter inch short. There was still enough space to pee through the gap! This problem was exacerbated by the stool which lifts the legs. One solution is to lean forward enough to direct your stream below the gap. If the seat and bowl had been designed as a unit, the inside front edge of the seat could have been fit together properly. This can be a good experience but you must remain vigilant that you do not mess upon the floor! Also, there is a certain amount of splashing. It is a good idea to wipe the underside of the seat after use.
Love This Bidet!
My wife wanted a heated toilet seat so I figured why not a bidet as well and I’m so glad I did. Very easy to install. The various setting on the remote make it easy to customize everything for each of us. Highly recommend!
