Good product and value. But mine came damaged
I like the design and the works good. But there is a mark from the styrofoam it was packed in. It also has a nice remote but it’s very hard to remove from the holder. Im disappointed that it has the mark on the cover. I have contacted the company still haven’t heard back. Not sure if it can me fixed without a full return?
Great bidet at a great price
Yes, it's true once you use a bidet, you can't stop using it. This bidet is quite good, easy to install, as you get all the pieces to do this and it works great. The water pressure to wash is quite good, (you can choose the pressure) The remote control is quite easy to use My only complaint, will be that the remote control doesn't provide any light (so you really need to turn the light on at night to see the controls) It takes 10 minutes to install, and the material is quite good, it doesn't feel cheap at all.
Why did I wait so long.
Great product that I could have used a year ago after I broke my arm. I don't know why I waited so long to get one of these, I am very happy with it and installation was very easy with one caveat that is related to plumbing and not this seat. After looking around this seat had the features that I was after, heated seat, self heating the water so no cold water or needing a separate hot water hookup and a remote. The seat fits my toilet great, but keep in mind that you will loose a little at the t...

After looking around this seat had the features that I was after, heated seat, self heating the water so no cold water or needing a separate hot water hookup and a remote. The seat fits my toilet great, but keep in mind that you will loose a little at the top back of the bowl. Now for the caveat, if, like me, you don't open and close your water shutoff valves on a regular basis I would recommend turning off water supply to the whole house for the 15-30 minutes it will take to install this seat. I was able with some difficulty to turn off the shutoff valve to install this seat but when I went to open the valve again the valve was severely leaking from the valve stem and I had to get a plumber in to replace it. It is great, I am ready if there is a toilet paper shortage as I no longer need it at home.
Clean rear alert
I switched from a basic cold water bidet attachement to this wonderful piece of art. I have to say at first i thought the price was high but after the very first squirt that thought was quickly dismissed. Wow what a difference it makes. There are so many functions on the remote control from gentle to full power and the full power is just perfect. I love the fact that if you are not sitting on the seat.... you cant activate the jets... makes for a dryer bathroom when you have kids with long fingers. overal just an amazing product
