You will need to take a trip to a hardware store..
The unit itself is nice, but I don't know what part of the world it is meant to connect to as shipped. It comes wit a Tee Fitting that is way too large to fit any house built in America. It looks to measure 15/16-18 thread, whereas in America, all of our household sink/toilets use standard 1/2" plumbing fittings . What's really odd is, it has one 1/2" fitting for the part it connects to, but the other two where you are supposed to put the fitting in-line are way larger! If you do buy this, be ready for a trip to your local hardware store to get the correct size tee-fitting to install it with. .
Poor product.
Installation was difficult, the online manual was tiny and poorly translated. After an hour of installing it, half of the bidet's features didn't work. Returned and replaced with a different brand.
Good bidet for daily use
When I moved into my empty nest, one of the first things I knew I needed was a bidet that wasn’t just mechanical. And this was an Amazon prime day deal. I have had this now for 2 1/2 years. It’s a workhorse. Every once in a while, it gets a little Jenkee, but really it’s super consistent. The seat warmer is good. The Washing is good. There is a variety of options for position and strength. Do yourself a favor though and skip the dryer model. The air dryer is nice to warm up your bum if you just...

The air dryer is nice to warm up your bum if you just came in from outdoors and it was cold. But it is not going to dry you off in anyway. it won’t even blow the drips off your rear lol. I use the remote attached to the cabinet next to my toilet. Easy to clean with an auto or manual mode. I’ve even had to disassemble and move to another apartment and reassemble this. No problems.
